Nicely remodeled home in a residential neighborhood (but can get warm)

The house was set up very nice and although there were only two of us, there is room for other guests. Besides the master bedroom, there is a small study with futon off to the side as well as another small bedroom with a trundle bed which could be separated. There is a nice dining room and living room. There is also a bonus room in the back which can be accessed through the two bedrooms, with a foosball table, couch, table, and some board games. The backyard also had tables and bbq. The house was nicely furnished. I especially liked the kitchen, which had a good set of pots/pans/glasses/utensils, which is rare to find in a rental. The neighborhood was residential, quiet and close to a nice park and a long bike path.

The only issue was the A/C. The house was listed as having A/C, which is true; the living room has a split A/C unit which you are asked not to run more than 6 hours at a time. Unfortunately the bedrooms did not have A/C and even with windows open it was hard to sleep. Luckily the small bedroom had a ceiling fan and we were able to sleep in this room (on the trundle bed), but I would suggest that if you come in the warm months and don't like heat, this might not be the place for you. I suggested to the owners to put ceiling fans in all the roomsas well as a blind for the skylight in the master bedroom has a skylight. I haven't had any feedback from the owners.
