With an area of 152 m², Maison Twin sister is located between the Sacré Coeur district and the Arsenal Redon, a few minutes from the Nantes bridge and the city center, it can accommodate up to 10 travelers for a professional stay or a visit tourist in Rennes. Ideal for a group of friends, a business trip with colleagues or a family of 10 people, you will particularly appreciate its comfort and calm.

The house is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the accommodation's private garage.

- Public transport: The C5 bus line is 180m (2min walk) from the accommodation, the Colombier metro stop (line B) is 1km (13min walk).
- Nearest station: Rennes train and bus station 1.5km (21 min on foot) and 1.7km (7 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 5.1 km (11 min by car), Nantes airport 115 km (1h16 by car).

Other remarks:
- Roadworks are underway until 26.10.2024, making parking impossible on rue François Elleviou.

Clean clean, bright and sunny, 3 stories for when privacy is needed, great availability of common space. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware, modern appliances. Supermarket w/in 5 minutes, boulangerie within 10. A few eateries in the vicinity (and more coming). Despite being near the RR tracks, quiet quiet (slept with the windows open during the heat wave). Also, (we were 5 women one male) no fears expressed about safety. Walking into the "happening" areas (and train station) was ~15-20 minutes but pleasant. Really, if you are a group of more than 2-3 people and you value your sleeping comfort, I doubt you could do much better (at least without paying a mint more).

Quartier moyen, accueil ok. Notre voiture n’a pas pu rentrer dans le box très ennuyeux pour nous ( personne âgée et bébé ) Dans l’ensemble bonne expérience
