Escape to this charming, modern, second floor condo in Vineyard Haven. Our Island style vacation rental condo contains 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests. A cot is available for an added guest.

This beautifully maintained property lies in a desirable, quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and features. Enjoy modern comforts like a large screen TV with Cable Subscriptions, free high-speed wireless internet, air conditioning, with easy access to Vineyard Haven downtown!
Our home was renovated in 2020. It features a clean, open floor plan and two very large bedrooms. Queen Memory Foam mattresses and linens are provided in every room.

During renovation, massive windows were installed to allow for a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Don't want to spend money at a restaurant? Make a meal in our furnished kitchen and add a leaf to the dining room table for more people. Enjoy cooking with our gas stoves. We aim to provide as much as possible for your cooking comfort!

Jim and Deb have the perfect location to the town of Vineyard Haven. Less than a 1/2 mile walk to town (and the ferry) it was very convenient for us since we didn't bring a car. The house was immaculate (as the description states) with a yard to sit outside as well as an outside shower (which we love!) The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms for a family of four was a big plus! I would highly recommend this house!

Jim and Deb,s apartment provided a peaceful and relaxing long weekend. One mile to the VH Ferry and shops, we enjoyed the location in this sweet neighborhood. It truly is immaculately clean, very comfortable throughout and lovely personal touches. We hope to return soon!

This is by far the cleanest and coziest place on MV! As soon as we arrived we were blown away of how great this place was! Our hosts made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. They had everything you could think of if you needed it, is here! My family and I absolutely loved it! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!

This was my first time using Vrbo instead of a hotel. The house was just what the name says, immaculate. We are both ex-military and a stickler for cleanliness. We didn’t see any dirt or dust anywhere. They also provided everything you would need, from kitchen utensils, plastic storage bags, a cooler, a backpack, to an iron, washing detergent and chocolate for that late night sweet tooth. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful also. I would stay again.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is new, nicely decorated and well equipped. We met the owners who live on the first floor, and they could not have been nicer. It was just what we were looking for!

We loved the house! The property was as described and even included beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, a well stocked kitchen and little touches like water bottles in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. We could easily walk to town and enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. We would highly recommend this home for a group of 4.

We had a great time here. The place had everything we needed, and more. We had great weather so we were in the place only at night really. This was super-convenient to the music festival, and to bike around VH and OB. We took day trips to Edgartown, Katama, and Aquinnah by bike and car as well. Sunset in Menemsha was perfect too. Thank you for the great time!

Once we arrived we were greeted very warmly by Jill he’s was so nice. We arrived before check in and they allowed us to bring our bags in. The home was so nicely decorated and was so clean. We all said if and when we return this is our #1 house to stay at thanks again for a wonderful stay

Beautiful, immaculate and lovely decor. We had a wonderful time for our first trip to the vinyard. Quiet neighborhood, and we really liked being able to walk to town to eat and do a little shopping.

This property is great! Our hosts provided an immaculately clean and beautiful home. Any inquiries were responded to extremely quickly. The location is perfectly nestled close to Main Street in Vineyard Haven. We were very pleased with everything and had a great vacation.

Perfect space and place for a week-long couples' retreat. Even with the four of us, never once did we feel cramped or at a loss for space to spread out in this clean and cozy condo. It's also a beautifully-appointed space with everything you need to relax and decompress. We will definitely be back!

The listing stated there was a washer and dryer. It did not state it was not in the unit but had to be prearranged with additional fees. (Which was revealed in our check in instructions.) The unit was comfortable, clean and tidy. Only small sauté pans in unit, which was inconvenient when cooking meals for four people.

Property was great and everything in photos was accurate! Beautiful kitchen that was fully equipped and living room with larger television. There was a binder with information and recommendations for places to go. Nice seating on deck and outdoor shower was very helpful. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of storage space for our belongings. Will definitely be back!

Very quiet, comfortable and peaceful. The owners thought of everything and even let us use their chairs for a beach day. Outdoor shower was perfect to wash off sand and the living area was nice to relax and watch a movie after a busy day. Very nicely decorated using decor from the area.

My family and I rented this space for a long weekend. It is conveniently located near the ferry in Vineyard Haven where you can take local buses around the island or rent a bike. Jim and Deb were amazing hosts. The apartment was very clean, organized and well stocked with essentials such as dishes, spices, coffee, and tea. They even left some welcome snacks and water for our arrival. Jim and Deb were very welcoming and made themselves available to help with any questions during our stay. 10/10 would recommend this Vrbo listing. We can't wait to visit again!
