The property is a very short walk to the beach which was really great for our young grandchildren and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and towels, and a wagon to carry it all. The house itself was not as "kid-friendly" as advertised, but it was OK. We had two minor problems, but the management company was attentive. We were there during a tropical storm and the house is very solid.

Great house on Sunset, walking distance to Caddy’s and Katiki on the beach as well as convenience store and other restaurants. House is well stocked with a simple in and out process. Great for multiple family members, didn’t have to drive anywhere.

We absolutely LOVED our visit. The location is beyond perfect. The house came with so many amenities for the beach and loved the outdoor rinse off station. We had 3 littles with us and thought the house was extremely kid friendly. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and we will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. You are literally across the street from a great beach, Caddy's the restaurant opens at 8 and has a good menu and good service. There is shopping nearby, but we spent all our time at the beach. The house has a cart and some toys available too which was really nice. There are a lot of stairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs and share one bathroom. There is full bath on the main floor along with a full size washer and dryer which is really nice. There was everything we needed in the home. I wish there were some stand-up or box fans we could have used for more air flowing the bedrooms and white noise. I would describe the beds as firm. Overall we would definitely look for this property again when staying in the area.

Loved the property. We had 8 girls, and everyone was comfortable. Air mattresses are provided with extra blankets - we barely had to leave with everything so accessible. Would recommend to any of my friends now and in the future. Thank you, Steve, for making our weekend incredible!

A few steps from the beach which is stunning at sunset and lovely in daytime. Also nice and quiet at night. Host was quick to respond and kind. Everything about the house is as advertised—very convenient location.

I booked this stay for a friends wedding that was in treasure island, and being so close to caddys made it so convenient (amazing food). The home was nice and clean comfortable stay for us and had all the supplies we needed for our week stay. I would book this in a heartbeat again, its litterally a few hundred feet and you're in the ocean.

Home was well appointed and comfortable. Location was fun. Beds were comfortable and house was clean (though the shower doors definitely could be updated or washed better so it doesn’t look like soap scum is embedded. Electrical issues caused the security system to go off randomly causing us an hour of distress. The person noted to be called in the welcome book never called back and thankfully the VRBO app had another persons name who picked up and sent someone late on a Saturday night to the house who tore the system off the wall and resolved the head shattering, ear drum popping alarm. Fans in the house are all on same frequency so if you turn on one it could possibly turn off one in an entirely different room and floor. Besides the alarm debacle our family enjoyed our 3 night stay!

This property was perfect for our group and agenda in every way. It has incredible beach access with many ammenities very close by. Caddy's is the best beach bar in the State of Florida and is right across the street.

My husband and I plus my daughter and her husband and 3 kids spent a week at this home. It was very clean and well appointed. Everyone had everything they needed. The wagon and beach chairs plus beach toys were a real plus. It's located a short walk from the beach which had a nice mix of fine sand and shells. It's also close to several restaurants that we could walk to. The owner was very responsive to our email that the internet and cable was out, sending someone over quickly . The fans were a bit tricky as some were on the same frequency and one remote turned on fans in different rooms. But that was a minor flaw. Great home, we would consider staying here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. The photos are not accurate. The place is very dirty, run down, and is in an area that doesn’t seem safe. The bed shirts were dirty and unwashed. We took them off the bed and washed them. The frig and floors were disgusting. The heat didn’t work and we used the oven to heat the place. This was during a time when the temperature was in the 30 degree range. The property manager told us to call for service for the furnace. Things were either broken or didn’t work. This was the worst place and it ruined our Christmas.

This is a nice property that is a short walk to the beach. We liked the open kitchen to living room. There were lots of beach necessities in the garage available to use. I would recommend this property. One item that needs to be addressed is the ceiling fans in the bedrooms are all on the same remote frequency. When you make a change in one room, it changes the two others.

This was our 1st time with our grand daughter and family. The house was so clean, neat and organized. Everything we needed was available... location is spectacular !! So many restaurants with great food and music all along the beach in walking distance... We walked everywhere... A must stay !!! You will not be disappointed

Our group of five had a wonderful time here. Steve was very responsive and even allowed us to check in before 4pm since it wasn't occupied the night before. It took us a minute to realize that the ceiling fan remotes were using the same frequency and controlling the fans in multiple rooms. That caused some confusion the first night, but then we got all the fans turned on, had a good laugh about it, and didn't touch the remotes again. We like Sunset Beach because it's relatively quiet and the Caddy's offers comfortable beach chairs. This property is just a block away, has ample parking, and a view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
