Kiwi boomers on tour

The villas are quite new, modern and close to everything including a major supermarket. As they are not on the beach we were a bit concerned, before arrival re accessiblility to town and beaches as had no car, but loved the pool area and while the villas look a bit out of the way on the map we found them to be very central as often went to other beaches. We booked a garden villa and felt no need for the private pool as only ever shared with one other family. Lovely touches on arrival with wine , pastries,bread and condiments. Host extremely responsive and accommodating. Staff are great - friendly and helpful.

Very little could be better - marked down only due to airconditioning unit which we could not turn the fan down on so it got hot in our room at night as too noisy to sleep with. Pillows a bit firm for us but they quickly supplied another softer one.

Perfect summer stay

Really amazing, beautiful, modern and spotless. I’d say it’s even better than in the pictures. The host and people working at the venue are also very attentive and friendly. Both swimming pools (the private and the shared one) were great and perfect for kids too. It’s walking distance from a big supermarket, and you can access a local beach by foot (10 min walk).

To be clear, we really had a great stay and a highly recommend this place, if anything it would be great to have a little bit of more privacy around the flat and also, access to a washing machine (although there is a laundry shop a few minutes from the Vila)

Very good

Honestly the host was incredibly nice. The villa was so clean and well organised. The whole concept just made sense. The pools are perfectly done as well. To be honest, definitely coming back here.

The word 'villa' doesn't really apply, it is more like very big studios with a seperate bathroom. So it can be a little bit misleading. It does give the 'villa' effect! Staying with 4 people is tight. With 2 adults is perfect, but then also maybe a little bit on the high side cost wise. Apart from that, the quality of materials used for the houses it top notch.

Ideal modern, clean family friendly residence in beautiful nautical town

This is one of the best family friendly properties I have ever stayed in! The rooms are setup perfectly for a small family or couple. The space was extremely clean and all details were carefully thought through in building this property - spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, lots of natural light with windows (plus blackout curtains), great storage including closets & hooks. The interior design is minimalist with some Portuguese accents (+ quality sheets & towels!). The kitchenette is relatively small but perfectly functional with a mini fridge, sink and dining table inside. The outer terrace is perfect for enjoying dinner or breakfast, looking out over the pool. The hosts were so kind in providing some welcome breads & treats. Additionally, travelling here with a baby was wonderful as they provided a high chair, baby bath and crib with lovely linens. The location was perfect walking distance from the beautiful town/beach and steps from a large grocery store. Easy parking onsite. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Possible option for automated check-in could be useful (that may be available but we did not request/need it). The home units feel extremely private but do note that you may notice the neighboring groups out on their private terraces.

The best place in Ericeira and around!

This is the best property that we’ve ever stayed in Portugal. Everything was perfect. The villas are amazing, cosy and almost make you feel at home. Really well decorated, with a lot of amazing details for families with young children. The owner is super nice and he personally made the check in. We just loved it.

Great Design in this family run apartment hotel in the heart of Ericeira. It's quiet and lovely with birds chirping- my kids were delighted to see the sheep strolling down the cliffs. The apt has everything you need and it's a short walk into town. Highly recommend for families with young kids.

A place to relax and unwind

The small villa complex has a lovely shared pool and is set in very attractive grounds that are well maintained. Our villa was extremely well appointed with everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Very nice accomodation! Would recommend.

Super nice stay, lovely apartments, perfect with a baby - with the small pool. They even had a baby seat & changing mat & baby bath. Super friendly host. Location is great, small walk to the town and to beaches.

Unfortunately the water was a bit too cold for her during our stay (June) but everything else was wonderful.

From having searched so many other places and even checked out a few in person whilst we were there, I’d confidently say

The villas are situated on the edge of town, which means in less than ten minutes by foot you’re in the thick of it, but on the site all you can hear are the birds. It feels like a sanctuary. We stayed in a villa with a pool and had a few questions, we were very well looked after by Rui Lucas is the lovely man who takes care of the site. We arrived and departed during times outside of those stated for check in/check out, the guys went out of their way to accommodate us and we were even able to check in early. We were given lots of lovely recommendations and felt so well looked after.

A beautifully appointed and designed villa in gorgeous grounds. Near to town but peaceful too.

The cleanliness of the villa and the peaceful location but near to town.

Kitchenette well equipped but not suitable for a long stay such as ours. No oven/grill/BBQ. And no washing/drying facilities on site. But Rui was really helpful and provided locations of laundry and an iron.

Beautiful new villas in the heart of Ericeira. Rui and also the other staff are super friendly and know good hospitality. Rui received us with a very nice welcome basket with specialities from the region. The pool is amazing and a big + Also professional issue management. Really one of the very best places to stay now in Ericeira.

The whole property is excellent quality, beautifully designed, comfortable bed, the kitchen is fully equipped and the area is quiet. The host is really kind and helpful. Answered all our questions and when we needed anything, they were there to serve us.

The duvet felt quite warm for the climate for us, however it was the host's first season, so I'm sure it'll be adjusted soon.

Perfect

We stayed here for our mini honeymoon and it was perfect! They made us feel so special when we arrived. They do this with all their guests, having lovely snacks out and a bottle of wine, but the extra little champagne was so special - thank you!!! It really kicked our honeymoon off. All the facilities are wonderful, the place is really well designed and comfortable. Amazing wifi too. And in a perfect location close to town. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
