We had older family members so I checked on room that had less steps from parking lot to room and then to lobby/pool this was perfect. Beautiful view and easy beach access.

My mother, her friend, my sister in law and I stayed 4 nights in this very nice condo. Great access to elevators, parking and pool/beach area. My mother and her friend have mobility issues and had no trouble enjoying their stay. We didn’t have to drive far for dinner, groceries and shopping. Great location if you want to avoid the troubles of heavy traffic. Staff was very professional and helpful. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Easy check in process. Communication was excellent.

The place was nice, clean, good location. The water pressure in the smaller two bathrooms was very weak our kids and grandkids complained about getting shampoo out of hair the pressure was so weak and the two smaller beds could use new mattresses. The property management team was helpful on everything else.

This is by far the worst condo we have stayed at in Azure condominiums. All others have been great. This one was very outdated. The Azure condominiums is great but pick a different condo.
All appliances are very old and not nice. Washer had clogged line and had no cold water and had to call to get it fixed. Two of the showers had the same amount of water coming out of the faucet as was coming out of the shower head. Someone came to fix this also.
The oven took over and hour to preheat to 350 degrees. Once it was preheated they did not have an oven mit or a cookie sheet to cook anything with. So we used a hand towel to get things out of the oven.
Kitchen essentials were definitely the “bare necessities ”. If you are bringing a larger group you only have about one bowl, fork, and spoon per person. So you will be doing dishes constantly and they only provided one washcloth and towel per person so be ready for a lot of laundry.
Also had the privilege of seeing the largest cockroach I have ever seen in our bathroom fan…This may not be out of the norm but we have never seen one at the other places.
TV’s in the rooms are as small as possible. The living room TV is average size but is so crooked it awes you how it could be hung so crooked. Along with every picture on the wall but we fixed some of those. Haha
None of these things were a huge deal, but for the amount that they charge, it was not nice! PICK a different condo at this great resort!

The condo was nice. Great location and beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay(Family of 10). It could use more towels, washcloths and etc. as we were doing laundry every day. The shower curtain rod in one bathroom was rusted (don’t touch it when you pull the curtain!). The cleaning lady was waiting outside our door with her cleaning supplies by the door before 9 (checkout is 10) as we were carry our stuff to the car. Not very considerate.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and the proximity to the beach. The complex has two outdoor pools and two whirlpools that my family really enjoyed. Nice condo. Spacious balcony.
Cleaning needs attention.
There was dust on the lower shelves of the night stands. The floor was vacuumed but not mopped. On the balcony there was litter left. The balcony table was very dusty.

We had to move from another condo in Destin due to the condition of the unit. Elisia was amazing at helping us get booked and moved into this unit in a matter of a few hours. She was extremely helpful and called later in the week again to make sure everything was going smoothly on our visit. With a staff like her it definitely took a bad situation and made it great.

We had a great time. It was clean and had a great location. My only complaint is the bedroom televisions are bad. Way too small and barely worked. So much static you couldnt see the picture. Other than that… everything was great.

They could definitely update the furniture. Furniture has stains all over them need to update the TV'S. The pool band's are redicules no one uses them and the cost if you lose one is crazy($50) parking passes are huge. The middle bathroom shower the hot water wasn't working, there was two others we could use so not to much of a problem. They could have more silverware there wasn't enough for 10 people, we brought some. Check in and out is a little late and early. Great view very convenient for parking and loading and unloading your vacation luggage and things. We will stay somewhere else next year. Overall not worth the price.

We took our 91 year old father to the beach. 3 siblings and their spouses all over 60 took dad to the ocean. Great trip and what a nice place to stay

Simply Perfect
The condo was simply perfect. The view was absolutely gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, there were enough towels and toiletries to last our entire stay. Cleanliness was A+. When you walk into a place and feel like you don't have sanitize or re clean a place, that's when you know it's worth every dime! The only disappointment were the TVs in every room and the phone reception. I suggest investing in updated TVs that fits the size of the rooms (i.e. 32 to 40 inches). That will have the guests feel like tthy are home away from home.

I like it beside the toilets were leaking. The Master bedroom bed was fine, but other beds were very uncomfotables. The pots were not clean so we didn't use them at all. Thank you .

Charged $50 each for rubber bands!!!
Some of our group accidentally wore the rubber bands home for access to pool. We got charged $50 for each one which is ridiculous for a rubber band!!!

Beautiful condo. Pool was very crowded and the beach was amazing.
Alot of cobwebs in each room of the condo. Once we cleaned it up the condo was perfect for our large family. I would stay again but as a professional cleaning service provider we don't mind to clean.

Serenity at best
It was spacious, very clean. Modern decor and appliances. Great location. You could hear and see the ocean from our view, which is all the reason to book this condo. If you are thinking about it, do not hesitate as this place is a hidden gem. We will definitely return here for our future stay.

Fun Time
Had a good time all week. Condo is very nice inside and out. This unit gets some noise from the pool, but still has great view on back balcony.

Do not rent.
When arriving to this establishment that we payed over 6,000$ for we were sad to see that this unit was outdated and needed several repairs. First we noticed there were mirrors and paintings hanging crooked. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a terrible noise that you could from a far distance and was filthy. The toilet in the master bathroom constantly ran, and made the most awful sounds to the point it kept us up at night. We noticed after inspection, the sheets on the bed had some sort of rust colored stains on the inside of them. The ceiling fan in the living room was not operational and had to be replaced. When they came to replace it they left the old pieces laying in our living room floor for someone to trip over. The refrigerator did not work properly the first day there, and we lost several food items. After it finally started working no thanks to anyone there, but to my mother in law, we realized the door was broke and when you open it the refrigerator door dropped down an inch. The microwave handle was broken. There was glass in the floor, we still have no idea where that came from. The silver ware and dishes had several stains on them, they had not been washed but just slung in there. When we took a skillet out there was a cockroach crawling in it. We also saw another cockroach in our grandmothers room and a spider in the bath tube. There was no rug in front of the shower, so it was very easy to fall on the stick tile. The shower in the smaller room was so messed up we were unable to use it and the shower in the master bath had an awful smell in it. The sign in front of the building was held together with straps as if it was about to fall off. After expressing our concerns the only initiative took was to replace one ceiling fan and they tightened the other. Keep in my this is the last vacation we will get to take with our 86 year old grandmother. The washer was so disgusting that we had to clean it before using it. Days before arrival we tried several times to make contact but our questions went unanswered. Not only were we heart broken to arrive to all of this, but to hear them tell us it was “normal wear and tear” was very frustrating. No one offered us any time of partial refund or cared about any of our concerns. I also have several pictures of these issues but do not see a place to insert them.
