The Space:
This spectacular 2,800 sq. ft. ocean view Villa has 3BR each with their own bathroom, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a full kitchen with appliances, a spacious TV room with flat screen TVs, an additional half bath for guests and a laundry room. The bedrooms all have dressing areas, pillow top mattresses and the finest Egyptian cotton linens. Bathrooms have double sinks and Jacuzzi. The villas can comfortably accommodate eight (8) adults, plus two additional adults with the sofa bed, not to mention a gorgeous private infinity pool facing the sea.
Guest Access:
You can enjoy the breathtaking scenery and beautiful ocean views of this exclusive gated resort, whether you are on vacation with family or hosting guests in any of our luxurious 3BR villas, each with private infinity pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, maid and butler service and easy unlimited access to restaurants, bars, renew your spirit with spa treatments and enjoy the services of a five-star hotel.
The property also includes the Quivira Golf Club, our premier golf course, which offers breathtaking ocean views and has more oceanfront play than any other course in the region. They also have access to the Club-house, which features the Cibola restaurant and bar, a beautiful community pool, a brand new state-of-the-art fitness center. At the neighboring, our guests have access to additional pools, the private beach and daily activities ranging from Spanish classes to cooking classes.
