In the Heart Downtown San Jose, next to Watson Park, stay at our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story house with super fast Wi-Fi! Our house furnished with love and all the amenities you'd need and it is situated in a quiet and peaceful area. Our house is neat, bright, modern, with all utilities included (fast wifi, water/electric, bi-weekly gardening service). It's ideal for 14 guests. The space This beautiful two story home features modern 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. 3 Bedroom and 2 bath downstair. 2bed and 1 luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi upstair. Central AC/Heat & High Speed Comcast WiFi Internet. You can't beat the luxury, price and location that our property offers you! The location provides easy access to the highway, downtown SanJose, Avaya stadium, SanJosé State University, SAP Center at SanJose, SantaClara University and the SanJose International Airport, which are all within a 5-10 minute drive.There’s plenty of access to eateries, grocery stores and fun activities. Street Parking only. **We will contact you prior your arrival to provide you with check in information, including a passcode to enter the house, parking and a WiFi password for internet access** The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us who will be visiting you during your stay in advanced. There are a total 10 cameras outside of the entire house, 3 security cameras surrounding the back side, 4 surrounding the front yard, and 3 at the back yard (No Backyard access). All of them are recording 24/7 hours for the guest safety and security purposes. There is an attached studio to the house which is also completely private and is rented out separately and it will not cause any interference to the guests. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing, thanks for your understanding! Guest access Whole House with self check-in NOISE DECIBEL METER: We use a noise decibel meter that detects sound levels of the property. If this meter is triggered from a party or we receive a noise complaint, you will receive 1 warning and then we will escort you and your party off premise. NO REFUNDS and $500 FINE. Early Bird Check-in: Depending upon availability, early check in starts at 1pm for $30/hr. Late Check-out: Depending upon availability, late check-out time is available until 2pm for $30/hr.

The property was perfect for our needs. I thought we would have 10 of us and we ended us with 6. The configuration was perfect for our group. The house can be used as three seperate units, each with a kitchenette or a full kitchen and a living room area. I am grateful our other 4 did not show up. I think it would have been tight with 10, but would totally work. The front "bedroom" looks like is really a den with glass doors to the front living room, so really no privacy however we were able to close off two other doors to give us privacy. We just used the house for sleeping and a quick breakfast both days. If you are cooking dinner for more than 4, there isn't a table big enough. The dining table only sits 4 although in the kitchen there is a breakfast bar with a couple of stools. The house is clean. The beds are comfortable. There is only street parking, as the listing says, but we didn't have problem finding parking. This house was exactly what we needed.

Ash was a great host and quickly responded to our questions. The house was just right for our large family group, conveniently located near the airport, clean, and best of all, on this unusually hot weekend, had working AC.
