About this house rental
Located on a quiet street, minutes from Downtown North Conway and all that the Valley has to offer. This spacious and family friendly home is a 5 br, 3 bath with many amenities. Sleeps 10-15 guests. Entryway allows for all of the ski, snowboard, winter gear to be stored without getting rest of house wet. Entertainment throughout the house with board games, ping pong, foosball, fast streaming TV, screen-in porch, firepit, and many more. Private back area of house with loft. Linens and sheets are not provided; please bring your own (details will be sent 1 week prior to check-in).

Loved our stay. Place was clean and had most things we needed. This is a “BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS” rental which was disappointing to learn the week of check in. Also the dishwasher broke and leaked all over. Which was hard to clean up since they don’t provide towels either. Had to wash everything by hand. Not a huge deal but not how I wanted to spend my time on vacation. Otherwise there were plenty of games and it was centrally located. I would definitely stay again. Great value for the price. Host was great to communicate with.

We were 4 couples with plenty of space to prep meals, grill and enjoy time together. Loved the outdoor fire pit and game room!

Interior was similar to photos, exterior was in rough shape, paint pealing, rotten siding, etc. Upon arrival, broken mirror found, let the owner know.
First night, guests in lower level bedroom, awoke with numerous cockroaches on their bed. The next morning, I informed the owner, they stated they would work on getting pest control there. The individuals that were staying in those two rooms, had to relocate the couches in the main area.
Second day on site, we found the refrigerator was not staying cold and found the gasket was off. We did our best to reinstall, so we would not loose hundreds of dollars worth of groceries. We ran the dishwasher and found that was leaking. We also opened an additional pull out couch in the 3 season room, only to find mouse feces in the folded mattress as well as in and around the couch.
Later that day after site seeing, we came home to shower and found out, that the second floor shower leaked into the kitchen after a few people use that shower. We checked to make sure it wasn’t water outside the shower and the upstairs bathroom floor was dry.
The second evening, one of my fellow guests, Joe, reached out to the owner and the owner apologized and offered a refund of the cleaning fee, which has not been refunded, nor is that satisfactory. I have reached out to the owner multiple times, with no response.
VRBO should not allow this rental due to unsanitary conditions.

This was our annual Saco River rafting trip. The house is conveniently located to all attractions North Conway has to offer. Plenty of space to spread out.

The house is a great location to the mountain.
There are 3 floors with bedrooms and bathroom on each floor. We had 3 families (my daughter her husband and 2 kids - my son with wife and 2 kids and me and my husband) so the layout was perfect. We each had our own floor.
When I had any questions regarding the house Connie, the owner, responded very quickly.

We traveled for cross-country racing at Jackson. Convenient location made it easy to get to the grocery and race course. We enjoyed having the big kitchen for cooking and a comfortable living area for hanging out after the races. Keurig and coffee pods were a plus!

We enjoyed our stay at your comfortable and convenient home. Plenty of room for the group to stretch out and relax. Love that you have the bedrooms away from the action in the living and game rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and plenty of pots, pans and plates. The home was clean and well appointed. We would love to stay here again!

My husbands an avid hiker so we celebrated his 30th birthday with a friend trip to the mountains. The location was perfect and we absolutely loved the space the house provided. There were a total of 12 adults and we all fit very comfortably. We’d definitely stay here again in the near future!

House was great just as pictured and described. Loved all the games that our group was able to play like ping pong fusbol darts basketball etc. Great location near the mountains for beautiful hikes and less than 10 minutes from a great swimming hole at the Saco river called first bridge. Grill and backyard were also great with the nice fire pit

Great House for Family's
Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time, the house has plenty of space and was very clean inside. Perfect size for 3 family's. Very close to Cranmore. I would definitely rent again.

Great Family House
We had a fantastic stay for a Storyland weekend. We had 3 families with 6 kids ranging from 2-6. Each family had their own floor with plenty of space to spread out and have their own privacy. The kids had their own play space which was also an added bonus. Connie was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. We can't wait to go back again!

Nice ski house to share with other families
We stayed in this house for a week with two other families and skiied at Cranmore. It’s a great location that’s very close to the mountain. There is plenty of room and I loved the layout of the house - each family had their own full bath and sleeping area. Lots of tvs and plenty of games to keep the adults and kids busy when we weren’t skiing. The outside stairs leading to the front door are steep and a bit treacherous- we kept them constantly salted and shoveled, but still had a few people fall. They are also very dark. The owners were very pleasant and communicative about how to switch the lights back on, but the breaker kept tripping after a minute or so. Not sure why. The power went out while we were there due to a storm. There was only one candle and a few tea lights. I’d suggest stocking the house with a few more or bringing one with you. None of this put a damper on our experience there and we found the owners to be pleasant and responsive. This is a great ski house.

Comfortable family house in a nice neighborhood with a great location.
We had a great stay! Key pad check in was smooth. Great mud room for boots and winter stuff. There was plenty of room to spread out and great space to be together. The downstairs game room with ping pong, darts and foosball table was well used. The kitchen had everything we needed, except for dish towels for cooking family dinners and breakfasts. There were herbs, spices and condiments available which was a nice plus. Plenty of dish wear and paper products for our family of 9. The dining table sat us all very comfortably and we loved the wet bar for evening cocktails. It did take us awhile to figure out the heating but Connie was right on hand to answer questions. We couldn’t get the pellet stove working so the sunroom was too cold to enjoy. The house is nestled in the woods and we kept waking up to glorious snow covered trees. Everybody asked to come back and do it again next year! Thanks Connie for providing us a comfortable place to hang.

Great Family Getaway
Owner was very helpful, We were allowed to check in early . And left a little later on check out day due to a snow storm. House was plenty big for my Family. The heat was a little tricky but we finally figured it out. Would recommend.

Bathroom flooding
The downstairs bathroom was clogged when we arrived. Plumber required 2 days to unclog it and partial flooded one of the rooms while doing so. Room smelled like fecal matter the whole stay. Pellet stove didn't work and the 2 space heaters provided was not warm enough for play room. Fuse blown with both of them on at medium. Fuse room was locked.
Connie was great, communication was great. Overall the issues were not really her fault. Signs to warn of delicate plumbing would be smart.
Cleaning lady took fridge apart to clean couldn't get it back together and asked me to try. I tried and couldn't so we had a fridge with missing shelves.

Nice short stay!
We were 3 families drove from NJ to North Conway. It was around 1:30 in the night when we reached the property. Check in was smooth. Only issue was the street was dark and it took a while to locate the house! House was good, ample space with good bedding. Kids enjoyed all the games. There were good collection of books. Also lots of Board games in the cupboard which we didn’t realize until we were about to check out! All TVs were working as mentioned.
Only issue I faced was the heater in the first floor bedroom was continuously running when we checked in and that room was very warm. Once I reached out to property owner via email and found a way to switch it off, it was all okay.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend going again.
