In the fall and winter, enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace.
Tucked just around the corner, a country kitchen with knotty pine cabinetry is accented with tile backsplash. Your chef friends will enjoy all of the cooking comforts of home while still being able to see waves crash on the shore from the lakeside window.
Below the loft entrance, a cozy lakeside nook with cushioned chairs and futon is a great spot to curl up with a good book and escape in the afternoon.
Throughout the house, four bedrooms and a loft are yours to enjoy. Spread your group of travelers out and allow yourselves to feel at home when you stay at The Kove.
For those of you wanting to soak up early morning rays from inside, a beautiful lakeside sunroom will likely be your favorite room in the house. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch as early morning boats cruise by.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
