This place is very nice, clean, bright and well set up as an end unit. The 3 bedrooms are all spacious, especially the master. Kitchen has everything you need. There is access to 5 different pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, etc. Only issue would be the construction work nearby on the road, you can only enter the condo area from the south and exit to the north because of the construction and it is noisy during the week.

Of all homes we've rented (and we're fortunate enough to have rented many), this home is by far the winner in providing guests everything they may want or need (tennis rackets & balls, a pizza cutter, spices galore, bamboo skewers, pool 'noodles' and floaties...the list goes on and on). The owners take pride in their property and it shows. It's also a beautiful condo with thoughtful details like dimmable lighting, his and hers sinks in the ensuite bath, and very comfortable & attractive living room furniture. Plus super fun pop-art throughout (which is very 'Palm Springs'). The only cons are that the main bedroom mattress is in need of replacing (it's squeaky and jiggles a lot whenever anyone moves) and (April 2021) there is a massive construction project (a bridge is being re-built) 50 yards from the bedroom windows. This is of course no fault of the owners, but it IS the fault of Vacasa for not disclosing this fact before we rented (it's NOT a new construction project). The loud trucks begin their work at 5:30am and the construction itself begins at 6am. NOT at all the sleep-in vacation we had in mind. Boo to you, Vacasa, for not telling your guests about this!
