Beautiful 2021 RPOD to help create your magical camping....or glamping....memories!! Whether you plan to camp at an RV site with hook-ups or go off grid for a bit, this lightweight trailer will do the job well. While the trailer does NOT run off solar yet, we have a Honda generator that you can rent if you need one, so that you can camp anywhere without electrical hook-ups. Our RPOD comfortably sleeps 4 people (however our kiddos prefer sleeping in a tent outside the trailer because why not!). The "master bedroom" is a queen bed at the front of the trailer. The dining table converts to the second bed (this is also where the slide out is located). This RPOD has an electric fireplace....the ambience is magical and it also produces heat. However the furnace is the main heat source. The AC also works great and chills the trailer to the perfect temp. The RPOD has two TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. With a full bathroom, you'll be able to shower & do your "business" in privacy and comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a nice sized refrigerator, freezer, gas stove top, convection microwave, & sink. There is also an exterior cook station (BBQ with propane line and sink), exterior refrigerator (perfect for your beverages), electric awning, indoor/outdoor speakers. Everything you need for a great camping experience! *Your own bedding is required. Please bring sheets & blankets for the bed/s. *Your own towels & linens are required. *The kitchen will be stocked with pots & pans, a variety of cooking utensils, 2 mixing bowls, cutting board, measuring cups, can opener, & wine bottle opener. Please bring your own paper/plastic plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silver/plasticware, and any other cooking/kitchen necessities you may want. *There is a regular coffee pot in the trailer but not a Keurig. Please bring your own coffee. *Please bring your own garbage bags, napkins, paper towels, etc. *Pick-up and Drop-off times can be flexible depending on the day and our work schedules. Please ask and we will do our best to work with you! **A generator will be required for your rental if you are not camping at a site with electrical hook-ups. If you have your own, please bring it. If not, please select the generator rental option. Thank you. **We allow DOGS ONLY with our "pets allowed" policy. Maximum 2 dogs. There is a $25/night fee for bringing a pet. We will charge a $200 fee if you do not clean up after your pet. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG/S ALONE IN THE TRAILER. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture. **Dumping your black/grey waste tanks can be a pain at the end of your relaxing vacation. Don't want to mess with it? We'll dump it for you for a $75 fee. **Please bring our trailer back clean, both interior and exterior. Remove all garbage, messes, and personal belongings.
