About this villa rental
This magnificent 19th century property, close to Valbonne and Grasse, sits on a stunning olive grove of 18,000sqm. It comprises an authentic Bastide of 340 sqm, an independent guest house, and a large swimming pool with a pool house. The interior has been completely renovated while keeping the Provencal style.
The Bastide offers a clear view of the hills and the countryside with an East, South and West exposure.
The property dates back to 1895 and it’s named after Marie-Francoise Romaine, Princess of Savoy and her husband His Royal Highness Louis Charles, Prince of Bourbon-Parme.
It has a mature garden with a huge range of Provençal plants, flowers and a hundred olive trees. To access the large pool you can enjoy a walk in a fabulous rose garden.
The interior has been completely renovated while keeping the Provencal style.

La Bastide consists of:

-Entrance hall
-Living room with fireplace
-Dining room with fireplace
-Fully equipped kitchen with an independent entrance leading to the dining room and toilet.
Floor # 1:
-Master bedroom: King Size bed with bathroom / shower, double sink, toilet and bidet.
-Bedroom # 2: Queen Size bed with shower room, single sink and toilet.
-TV room.
-Library with 2 truckle beds.
Floor # 2:
-Bedroom # 3: King Size bed (separable into 2 single beds) with shower room, single sink and toilet.
-Bedroom # 4: Queen Size bed with shower room, single sink
-Bedroom # 5: King Size bed (separable into 2 single beds) with bathroom, single sink.
-Bedroom # 6: 1 Single bed with a sink corner.
A toilet is shared for the bedrooms 4, 5&6 in the corridor.
Air Conditioning in all rooms.
Internet, Satellite TV, Washing machine, Dryer, Fully equipped kitchen
The Guest Villa is 40m away from the Bastide, at the entrance of the property and consists of:
- Living room open to a fully equipped kitchen
- 1st bedroom: Queen size bed
- 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds
- A shower room with sink & separate toilets
Outdoor Space:
Large swimming pool with pool house, bathroom and summer kitchen.
A large Provencal and charming garden, with many furnished terraces and a dining area.
A real petanque pitch with a view to the sea is perfect for the aperitive time.
The famous Canal de la Siagne is passing on the side of the property, ideal to walk or jog, with stunning views towards the sea.
Grasse is the world capital of perfumery where many museums and distilleries are open for visit.
