My personal love and peace escape oasis.As parents of 3 kids , it is so needed.

I don’t if it is the stuff attitude, the cleanliness, the nice smell everywhere,the tasty food …or every single small detail that makes this place extraordinary and welcoming.But all this makes me come again,where I can recharge,put myself together and feel calm and happy.

Everything…the personal approach most of all.

Прекрасно посрещане и обслужване. Всичко е организирано на много високо ниво. Храната в ресторанта беше превъзходна. Единственият спа хотел, в който можеш да си починеш и да релаксираш в луксозен уют. Не липсваше нищо.

Всичко беше приятно, но ме занимаваха с дребни таксувания от по 50-80-100 лева, които просто можеха да включат в цените

Добър интериор, спокойна атмосфера, става за почивка.

Продават пакети и цени на нощувки, включващи закуски и вечери, чиито цени биха съответствали на услугата, ако всичко от вечерята или закуската е включено в цената. Всяко питие, вода, лимонада - без значение какво е - се заплаща допълнително. Не Ви отива на звездите и цената. Когато таксувате клиент и гост - таксувайте го скъпо и не търсете от него кеш по време на престоя. Това ще допълни приятното прекарване при вас и ще доведе нови, платежоспособни клиенти, които нямат намерение да се занимават с Вашите ценички и плащания от по 40 левчета, 50 левчета, 100 лечвета и прочее… :)

Мястото за пълен релакс и завръщане към природата

Общият интериор на хотела, включително стаите, излъчва изискана, но в същото време уютна атмосфера.. Помислено е за всичко. Осветлението, удобството на леглото и качеството на възглавниците в стаите са изключителни - неоспоримо най-удобното легло, на което сме спали в хотел. Персоналът също отговаря на висок стандарт на обслужване. Личният ни фаворит е спа центърът, където всяко възможно удобство е внимателно помислено. Неограниченият достъп до кърпи и напитки, заедно с възможността за уединение и релакс с книга в ръка, наистина ни спечели.

Лукс и спокойствие в гората

Местоположението на хотела е страхотно, далеко е от града и близо до гората. Интериора на хотела изглежда доста луксозен, но и уютен с използваните дървени материали, каменни и старинни елементи. Много сме доволни от предложената храна. За закуска има избор от разнообразни храни, много сърнени закуски, ядкови млека, сирена, салами, баница, бъркани яйца и т.н. За вечеря предлагат 3-степенно меню с по 3 избора за предястие, основно и десерт, където всичко страхотно и на външен вид и на вкус! Отделно предлагат салати и разядки, от които всеки може да си избере каквото иска. Хотела предлага различни видове сауни, парни бани, басейн, джакузита, в които нямахме усещането за претъпканост, имаше достатъчно място за всички. Тоалетните принаднежности са напълно достатъчни и използват качествени марки.

Въпреки че сме доволни от престоя има някои неща които могат да се подобрят за в бъдеще. Преди да запазим звъннахме в хотела да питаме дали всички външни басейни работят и през зимата и ни казаха че всичко работи и може да се ползва. Когато отидохме, обаче, 2та външни басейна не работеха като ни казаха, че това е заради обилния сняг предния ден.. Също така имат 4 топила навън, които работеха и се предполагаше, че са с по-висока температура, но реално само 2 от тях бяха достатъчно топли за ползване.. дори едното от тях беше леко хладно. Пътят до топилата беше доста заледен и нямаше никакъв препарат или пясък, който да спомогне безопасното стигане до тях. Тъй като прозорецът ни беше скосен завесите в стаята ни постоянно се свличаха надолу и реално не можехме да ги използваме. Вратите в банята и тоалетната имат много неудобна дръжка. Когато си мокър е почти невъзможно да отвориш врата.

If you need a quiet place-go for this hotel.

I like that they managed to keep the unique and relax atmosphere of the hotel that was there before Kashmir. I also liked that the hotel is very quiet and a person can get a real rest. The option for a free hike was really nice compliment, the guide Maria (local girl) did a wonderful job in explaining the sightseeings nearby. I highly recommend the free hiking on Saturday:)

The door did not lock itself,but they managed to fix it upon my complain. There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom/toilet area.

Spa paradise in the forest

Splendid hotel well worth its 5 stars. The design of the hotel was immaculate, the details were beautiful. Our room was very cozy and comfortable with a beautiful balcony. Located right next to the forest, all you could see around was trees. The spa facilities were exceptional and we truly enjoyed our experience. Especially the heated pools within the trees! There was a lot of space everywhere we went, never felt crowded. The restaurant offers really good quality food with beautiful dishes. The waiters are very good. We also liked the menu was different each night. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every situation. Finally, it was very clean, quiet and had plenty of parking space. You could enjoy true peace there. Overall we were left very impressed and would love to come back again!

The jacuzzi did not heat the water more than 37°. I'm not sure if it was broken, or that's how it was supposed to be but we were slightly disappointed that we couldn't enjoy a very hot water facility. The slippers are not nice quality, it was very slippery and my boyfriend fell and hurt his hand. They also broke easily. Best is to bring your own slippers! While the food on the first night was very delicious, the second night, it was disappointing. However, it was good quality food overall.

Apart from transport connection to get to and from the hotel, the rest are amazing!

The hygiene condition of the spa, pool facilities exceed my expectation.

It is a bit on the pricier side, but if you could provide hotel-specific discount from Sofia or Plovdiv, that will be a lot easier and attractive or potential guests to get there.

Probably the best SPA relax venue in Bulgaria for the moment.

Excellent SPA facilities with attention to every detail. Enough space so that it is not overcrowded although the hotel was full during the weekend. Very brave decision not to target families with children which deserve admiration. The food was perfect.

Quite a lot of pillows in the room, but all were too big and none was as thin as I would like.

Adults only conception is perfect for leisure and relax. The hotel is brand new, very luxurious. SPA center is amazing as well. The food is high quality and tasty.

Same music in the restaurant every day, a little bit noisy as well.

Amazing hotel to relax and enjoy life

Stayed 4 nights in the end of June. The location in the forest is amazing. You hear the birds in the morning. The bed and the pillows were amazing. The spa facilities are great, the herbal sauna and the aroma steam bath were the best for me. Great detail are the guidelines on how to use them. The jacuzzis in the forest were my favourite alongside the swings in the relax zone. The food in the restaurant was spectacular, really five stars experience. Recommend for romantic getaway or a girls spa weekend.

They have a few details to sort out with time, like sunbeds near the pool that were a bit too close.

Excellent spa and relaxing destination

Relaxing atmosphere and not crowded at all, but we could almost have the whole spa to ourselves! Staff and food was also excellent.

Some small details on the rooms - I could not figure out how to do the complimentary coffee machine (instructions would be nice) and also the handles of the bathroom/toilet doors were not efficient.

Excellent!

It was very clean, the interior is very interesting and very well made. The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. All the staff members were very polite and reactive. The food was awesome as well.

The only thing was a not so pleasant smell from the sinks, which we conveyed to the staff and they promptly fixed it.
