About this apartment rental
This cozy little bohemian inspired garden-level apartment is right within walking distance to key places in Cheyenne- the hospital, Capitol building, state offices, etc. Park your car and walk everywhere!
Prep meals in this full kitchen and take care of your laundry in the shared coin-op laundry room.
This is a garden-level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one next door and one 2 apartments above. There is a nice little patio visible from the kitchen window that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and "old" building noises may occur. The original claw foot tub/shower is a sweet reminder that this place has been around a long time! Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay.
The coin-op laundry is right through the kitchen door. There is also a shared patio on the front of the house to enjoy your morning coffee.
We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!
2 blocks from the hospital;
4 blocks from the Capitol;
So close to all the shopping and restaurants downtown!
Free parking on site or on the street in front;
Uber & Lyft available
Pets are welcome! I do charge $10/night per pet for a maximum of $50 per stay.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Convenient Cheap and Clean
However the bed is EXTREMELY SQUEAKY. but mattress was comfy. I’m sure the neighbours upstairs could hear the bed

We are giving this a 5 star because the apartment met all our needs. We are from Cheyenne and this apartment met all our needs, a place to sleep, shower,cook our meals, unwind and have our dog with us. This is an older historical building. With lots of character. I appreciate the love and care put into the apartment's restoration.
Reminded me of a couple of my first apartments years ago.

At first glance, things looked good. Great location, nice price, roomy, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable couch. But then we noticed the things that could be fixed easily, like the missing pull chain on the living room light, the squeaky bed, the meager number of hangers despite three spacious closets, the flaking paint, and the insufficient shower head, and the things not so easily, like the lack of electrical outlets, the poor water pressure, the thin, squeaky floors from the apartment above and the guests that stayed up late and got up early. It was tolerable for a couple nights, but would need a lot of work to be willing to stay longer, especially if I expected to be able to work from there.

Nice older, quiet neighborhood, centered between my needs of downtown and airport, with easy access to other points of interest. Nicely maintained almost 100 year old building with a comfortable homey feeling.

I stayed one night. Everything was as pictured but looking closely it was a little dirty when checking in. Plaster was cracked. Broken window fixed with silicon. Book that gives you info on stay was hiding in a desk. I would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find and communication with owners was great. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy anything but the basic amenities. It was very clean and very secure. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean atmosphere and a comfortable bed. Thank you!

I stayed here 4 nights while visiting family. The location is great, you can see the State Capital Dome from the front yard. There is a nice Keurig style coffee pot with some complimentary pods and some snacks that were nice. It has a fullsized kitchen with some appliances and dishware but very basic which was fine as I didn't do much cooking. The TV worked fine with my Netflix subscription.
The bed was comfy and the bathroom was so cute, very authentic for the age of the building. The couch makes into a full sized bed with extra bedding available.
There are some stairs up to the entrance and my unit #1 had several steps down to enter the apartment. The hosts were very attentive and checkin went perfect!! I'll stay in one of their properties again when I come up to Cheyenne!!

We stayed overnight at this place on our way back home. It was quiet and we slept well. Clean with a vintage vibe.
Communication with host was excellent.

Unique, cute spot to stay! Lots of character, and great location for staying during rodeo.

The suite was fantastic. Very clean, and surprisingly spacious. The front door handle was broken, and the rear parking was completely iced over. Watch out for the neighbor's dog when walking past the fence. It's not friendly, and it can get it's head through enough to bite (it got ahold of my coat). Otherwise, great neighborhood and fantastic suite!

A wonderful stay. Loved the claw foot bath tub; the old doors and hardware. The mattress was excellent, lovely cotton sheets. Immaculately clean. Huge kitchen. And, great location.

Transaction was easy
Everything about the place was nice. Wish I had asked about the tub/shower setup as it is a cast iron claw foot tub and I couldn't use it due to fear of falling. But the facility was really quite nice

A beautiful stay!
We totally enjoyed our stay in this apt!! Loved it! Great location, very comfortable, everything was in order, all items that were needed were available. Lots of wood, great vibe, clean, and quiet. Host was easy to reach and promptly responded to communications. Highly recommended. We will be back! Thank you!

Loved it!
I loved this little place! It was very convenient in location, perfect size for just me as a traveling nurse. I had no issues with communication with the property manager. Only 2 complaints really, it was very cold, and the tiny space heater didn't do the trick, and my upstairs neighbors were atrocious. Their dog barked a lot, and they literally sounded like they were stomping when they walked. But, I have dogs, so I understand it's not realistic to keep them from barking, but they definitely could have walked a little more normal. I was on nightshift there, so it's hard to go by the quiet times when you are opposite of everyone! But I absolutely loved It here. Would stay again, even with the noisy neighbors. :)
