Beautiful, clean, sanitized and spacious family friendly home with a HEATED pool. Perfectly located 12 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, 10 minutes from the McCarran airport, and 12 minutes from the Raiders stadium. Located in Henderson, this home is close enough to the strip so you can enjoy the desert night lights and far enough and well equipped to enjoy the comforts of home. Located in a quiet neighborhood this home is a 1/2 mile from the 215 fwy. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and flat screen cable tv's in every room.

The space
This lovely home has so much to offer, spend an enjoyable day relaxing in the backyard which is lined with beautiful palm trees, take a splash in the pool, or heat up the grill. Our home features some of the best amenities you’ll find in Las Vegas. Each room has cable television for the enjoyment of our guest; we truly aim to please! Our game room includes a billiards table that converts into a ping pong table. Indulge in a family fun game night with plenty of board games for your choosing.

House was great, very clean, had a great time. Owner was amazing at helping me with my mistakes,I booked wrong dates, but he got it fixed. Everyone enjoyed the house, pool was very clean kids had a blast. Will definitely will be staying there again.

The house had lots of room. The teens enjoyed having TVs in their rooms. It was 110° during our stay and the ACs kept the house nice. Great communication with the hosts. Anything and everything was within a 10 minute drive.

Based off the pictures and that they allowed pets this looked like a nice place from the pictures but wasn't what it looked. All of the bathrooms were extremely dated, the lights were dim and missing bulbs. The toilet in one of the bathrooms clogged right away, the bathtub next to it was disgusting and clogged, the second I turned it on it was filling up with gunk from the drain. The master shower was a pain to turn on. I couldn't do it and my husband had to mess with it to get it to turn on and off. The pool was freezing and dirty and they wanted additional money to heat it which we didn't see in advance. We wouldn't have looked for a place with a pool had we known that. The carpets were filthy. If we would have to do it all over again I would have rather spent a little more at that point and got something nicer.

Communication was great! All of my questions were answered super fast, and check in/ check out was as smooth as could be! I would recommend this host to everyone staying in the area. Book this house now!! It was beautiful, spacious, and in a quiet area of town. Just perfect!

This is a great home in a great location with easy access to downtown and multiple freeways. The home is spacious and offers. Plenty of room for multiple people to share the space. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, ping pong and pool table! Everything you need to cook meals and enjoy family time. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by as well. Fast response from the owners and great communication.

The owners were so easy to work with. The pool was definitely warm and a true luxury. There was plenty of space for our group of ten to bond or go secluded for quiet time. The location is a short Uber ride away from the glitz and glam of Vegas. And the neighborhood is quiet at night so you can catch up on rest. We LOVED our stay at this retreat property!

My dad and brothers stayed here to watch U2 at the sphere. Being able to lounge around the pool all day while we waited to have some fun at night was fabulous. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Our family recently stayed at this wonderful Vegas location and it exceeded all expectations. Check-in was a breeze, and the house was spacious with a fantastic TV room, well-equipped kitchen, and entertaining game room. Despite rainy weather, we admired the inviting pool area and can't wait to return in sunnier times. Thanks for a memorable stay - we'll definitely be back!

We stayed at this property for 4 days and enjoyed every minute. The home is spacious and very well kept. The host provided everything we needed for our stay and checked in often to make sure everything was good. The house is in a quiet neighborhood less than 20 minutes from the strip in Henderson. Lots of shopping and great food nearby. In-n-out and Big Bs Texas BBQ are down the street for a good meal. Overall, I'd recommend this property and would love to stay on my next extended stay in Las Vegas.

The place was nice, and pool was good for kids and family time. The furniture could use updates for sure. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, along with 2 of the 3 couches downstairs in the family room.

Perfect place to stay for families! We had a party of 1 teenager, a 8 year old, and 7 adults. There were board games, a pool table, and a pool for everyone to enjoy. The home was clean and comfortable. Location of home is in a nice neighborhood, close to the strip and airport, with lots of great restaurant options, and for those who prefer to cook at home, there were lots of kitchen ware available! Our hosts were always available 24/7 and had great communication! Would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful home, clean and lots of things for the kids to do! The special touches left for us by our hosts, Kim and Fred were wonderful and greatly appreciated. Excellent location, close to everything you could need - shopping, first med - If you have young kids - and close enough to the strip without being too close to chaos. Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was easy, wonderful communication with the owners, there is a fence around the pool which I was thankful for as I have small children. There is a pool table which made fun for all. We will definitely be staying here again next year for our annual Vegas trip. Thank you for a great stay!

Really fantastic house for families to stay and relax while in the Las Vegas area. Great location that’s got great eateries and stores located close by. The Strip or Downtown are just minutes away by car. The owners/managers couldn’t have been more attentive and responsive. Since we frequently visit the Vegas area, this house will now be at the top of our reservation list. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed - we weren’t.

I traveled w/my kid’s soccer team for a tournament and nine of us stayed comfortably. Everyone was happy with plenty of things to do right there in the house and outside by the pool. Checking in and out was easy peasy and the owners are exceptionally kind. If we travel for this tourney again, we will definitely try to reserve this house! Thank you again!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and the highway all close by. Lots to do for everyone within easy access. Kids loved swimming in the pool every day and using the ping pong table. Plenty of room. House had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Owners very responsive to requests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was spacious, clean and had all of the amenities to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were very kind to check with us to see if everything was satisfactory. We strongly recommend this property for a family gathering. The accommodations are ample and the house is very nice, including multiple comfortable beds, showers/baths, a recreational area, pool and TVs. We would surely consider a return visit.
