The Mount is a spectacular detached house enjoying sea views in Prestatyn, Wales. Hosting four bedrooms, including a huge 8x8 foot Caesar bedroom with curve Smart TV, balcony, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a triple room with two 2'6" singles (zip/link can be king-size on request) and a a 3' single, and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to nine guests. There is a kitchen/diner with Smart TV, utility room, sitting room and a games room. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars including a garage and roadside parking and a large enclosed garden with terrace, hot tub, lawn, inset trampoline and Wendy house. The Mount is a wonderful property awaiting to host your memorable family getaway to North Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating and Log Burner. 2 x electric double ovens, 2 x gas hobs, microwave, American fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 4 x Smart TVs (Curved TV in Living Room), WiFi, pool table, football table, children's toys. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off-road parking for four cars including a garage with free roadside parking as well. Enclosed garden with patio terrace with hot tub and outdoor corner sofa, and lower lawn area with inset trampoline and Wendy house. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Please note CCTV is in operation externally at the property for security purposes only. No stag or hens all booking members must be over the age of 25
