Stressful due problems of gaining entry and items not working

Entry to property, Gates not working correctly, Picking up of keys, Kitchen Hotplate not working properly, cleanliness of unit, SMS contact-should be phone contact, did not reply to message

Wonderful

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location. Clean and spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend. We hope to be back later in the year.

Key pick up was in town rather than closer to apartment - we didn’t have a car - but key drop off was super easy. (Totally understand why, just not ideal for us, was very minor though - we loved our stay)

Paying for the view - needs some tlc!

Location was good - view was fab - apartment v quiet

The internal doors were a nightmare! This clearly has been a problem always as I happened to speak to the cleaners as I left The freezer was dirty inside and completely wobbled Having not long come out of a pandemic I’m surprised by the poor cleaning. And please do check out the mouldy empty diffuser ! The inside of the fridge door is broken. Vase was chipped and there was a lack of attention to detail I think. No mirror in the main bedroom No table for the balcony The parking bay was not numbered ( a resident showed us where to park) All these things could so easily be rectified and make a difference. But for the love of god! Those lift and tilt doors were an absolute pain!!!! Literally as I have arthritis in my hands !!

Apartment was a great location there was no chairs for the balcony I did find one wooden chair but that’s no good for 2 of us The bed was very low, and the lounge chairs not that comfortable but we enjoyed our stay

very tired needs a total re vamp , shower leaked needs replacing , cracks in the walls round the sliding doors , bathroom door is dented, kitchen tied looking windows need a clean should be done on paying guests think it’s been neglected shame 🥲

Great sea views.

Great location on the beach with amazing sea view. Kitchen with everything you could need. Secure parking. Short walk to Sovereign Harbour. Two bathrooms always a bonus.

Amazing balcony. However, totally lacking in any kind of patio funniture. Therefore, unable to enjoy alfresco breakfast or evening drinks. Bed linen not the best. Need to pick up keys in central Eastbourne ,so not convenient if travelling by public transport.

Excellent location with easy access to walks along Sovereign Harbour. Nice and warm apartment which was well equipped however had several small shortcomings

Missing lots of small things such as microwave, bin liners. Could do with a more thorough cleaning especially washing machine which was filthy. Cleaning of floors and surfaces not up to scratch

Brilliant location, apartment clean and had everything we needed.

Balcony doors in both lounge and bedroom were difficult to open and close. The instructions in the welcome manual were not correct.

A well positioned apartment in Pevensey Bay, but could have been a lot better.

The apartment was of a good size and light and airy. The location was excellent with good sea views. The settee in the living area was comfortable for two people, and there was one other comfortable chair. The two en-suite rooms were spacious, and reasonably well equipped.

It was very impersonal. Nobody shows you in, and you have to jump through various hoops to find the keys and the fob to open the gates to get into the car park. The furnishings and fixtures and fittings are well worn, and basically the kitchen, especially, and the taps etc in the bathrooms need a good make over. One bed was very soft, and the duvets were very heavy for springtime. The double tilt and slide doors in the living room and one of the bedrooms, let in a lot of droughts, and were old and we dared not open them. These window doors were also filthy from the outside, and needed a good clean. We realise that in a coastal position windows easily get covered with sea spray etc, but they had obviously not been cleaned for a while, and surely should be cleaned before each set of guests arrive.

A very enjoyable few days break in a lovely comfortable setting

The location was very good with lovely sea views. The apartment exceeded expectations in it's make-up and was very comfortable. It was quiet in the surrounding area but only a short distance from good facilities. The private car park was also very re-assuring.

The apartment was a little tired in places but didn't detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

Quiet and sea view

Great location. Quiet and right on the seashore. Beautiful. Apartment is light and spacious. Comfy beds most amenities and wifi. Two bathrooms. Free parking. Keys left in safe space which was helpful. Great area to explore.

Very little. No microwave which was a shame. would stay again. In fact we plan to. Apartment was clean but please clean outside of the sea facing windows especially as there was a cleaning fee.
