Welcome to the Americana Condos 10th street, One of Ocean City Maryland’s condo rentals, located downtown at 107 10th street, just a minute away from the famous ocean city boardwalk.
The Americana Condos has a private parking lot and is a secure building, with key-card entry and video monitoring. The ground level area is for used for parking. We have and indoor pool on the second floor and a sun deck on the third floor facing the ocean side whilst the condos balconies are facing the bay with its beautiful sunsets.
Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors all areas of the condo. The kitchen features full granite counter tops and a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit includes a full size washer and dryer and central air and heat. The building does not allow smoking or pets.
The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and coffee table facing a 42'’ high definition LCD TV.
Picture your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean city bay side. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down. Now your vacation begins!
The master bed room features 2 queen sized bed, a private entrance to the balcony, walk in closet, master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub,
The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a nice sized closet, and a second full bathroom right next door.
The 3rd bedroom has either a full bed with a bunk on top+ a trundle bed or 2 bunk beds(ask our staff about either)
The condo also offers free WIFI a full set of linens and towels and a laundry room.
Now that you are all settled in, it's time to go out and have some fun...enjoy your vacation!

Nice location, but the condo could use some updating. Floor was very sandy, and no broom to clean it up. The coach was very old, and felt like you were getting bitten.

The property was really nice for the most part. Super spacious living/dining room area and kitchen. Only drawback was there was a lot of residual sand which I guess is to be expected being so close to the beach.

Great access to the beach

This place was easy to rent and was the basic clean when we arrived. There was minimum cooking utensils/burned pots and pans. This is a great place for the young party crowd. One night, There were drunk young people knocking on our door and not answering the who it is which was scary at 4am and another night they were talking outside drunk by where babies were sleeping at 3am. There was NO linens on 3 of the beds and none in condo. Couch was horribly uncomfortable and looked like a college couch. No broom or mop and I asked for one never came then the one I got on last day was disgusting to use. They had me so paranoid about the cleaning fee, I spent too much time trying to find cleaning tools on my vacation. The location is great. Only one car allowed in lot and other lot is like 15 blocks away which is way too far if you have multi car family staying and have to drive places. The balcony faces ocean. Again great place for young people.

Spent a wknd here for a girls trip, place was very big with lots of rooms and plenty of space. Rooms were average size, beds were okay. Location was great close to everything, 3 min walk to beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The space very good but the furniture needs to be updated, the master room bathroom doorknob was broken so door wasn’t able to lock. Great place overall for a getaway with large parties.
