Amazing.

The staff at the Origin Westminster were fantastic. Always had a smile and very friendly and willing to help in anyway. The restaurant Famille was wonderful and the staff working there as well were excellent.

If I had to suggest anything would be more hooks for coats. Especially during winter months to hang up jackets.

Gorgeous hotel with large rooms and very cool decor!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was exceptional. Cute coffee bar with mini fridge and steamer for clothes was a great bonus. The area around the hotel is still being developed, and once finished the stay here will be even more fun.

Fantastic stay in a super clean hotel.

We liked the location (coffee shop across the street, movie theater next door), free parking, spacious room, and cleanliness. It was the perfect base for us to explore Denver.

I really can't think of any negatives about this hotel. It really was fantastic.

Excellent facility and staff

The staff were very courteous and helpful at all times, both in the hotel and the restaurant. We enjoyed the fitness center - very important to all three of us. The whole facility was immaculate and cleverly designed/decorated. Location was easy to find and handy to major thoroughfares. The coffee shop across the street is excellent, too!

It was a little difficult to navigate getting from the back parking lot to the front desk on a lower level, when we had one person with mobility issues. We finally learned how to do it with one of the elevators when it as time to leave.

I'd come back but asking for someone to clean my room really pissed me off.

Room and bathroom were beautiful and huge. You can easily walk to 3 different spots to get breakfast. Quiet at night. The parking is not really a problem anymore.

Room cleaning is my real issue here: it's 2023 and any hotel in this price range that asks the guests to stop by at the reception to ask for housekeeping services is just trying to cut costs is the worst way. If it's for the environment (even making the bed?) then let's start with the A/C, it's always freezing in the room. Water pressure was very good but it took a while to get hot water (in July, 4th floor) and the mini fridge had a bad smell.

This place is awesome. My 2nd stay at this hotel and this will forever be my go-to for accommodations in the Denver area.

Very nice hotel. Restaurant was closed when I first arrived, but found other options within walking distance. Nice juice bar across the street.

Great location and great amenities

Modern steampunk - great restaurant and bookstore. Rooms are spacious. Good value.

Confusing maid service- have to call day before for docket next day and was not explained at check in. Sink was stopped up and fuse/plugs kept tripping.

Could be a decent hotel but falls short.

Location was fine.

Walls paper thin. Could hear people around us. Front desk staff weren't the most friendly. Shower door kept sliding open.....odd brake type lever to hold door in place. Room must not have been cleaned good as suffered allergies and face swelling I'm guessing due to pets having been previously in the room. Fire alarm went off for a kitchen fire but no real communication about it. Fire alarm went off again in a false alarm shortly after the first incident. Front desk did not inform us of the cleaning procedure no were there any literature about it so we finally asked about it and they said you had to request cleaning, towels. Ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex.

The view was breathtaking and bookstore was a cute gem. I also enjoyed our server at brunch.

It was not clean enough. There was hair all over the bathroom and dust on the side tables.

Superb

I was able to connect up to my Netflix account on the in-room TV.

The hotel being relatively new, ended up with some wonky GPS directions. The sink design kept it from draining well. Would have been nice to have Amazon Prime access, too, or maybe the ability to cast from my smartphone to the room TV. An in-room microwave might have been nice.

Hotel was really cute- coffee shop/book store -GREAT! Restaurant-GREAT! Unfortunately, rooms were really NOISY! All three nights I was there trying to sleep, NOISY!

Exceptional Stay...at a great value for the money

We were in the area for the graduation ceremonies at CU-Boulder. This property is approximately 30 minutes from Boulder - it was great and much less expensive - and a better value for the money - than staying in Boulder. It's a very nice property: modern, great amenities, including a bookstore cafe on the premises, with old-world charm.

The location was further out of Denver than expected; the Familia had few non-meat options on the menu, and the hotel room was not as clean as it could have been.

Disappointing

Very nice, modern looking. Nice location right between Boulder and Denver.

Could not turn off the overhead fan. Could not get a hot water in the shower.

Comfortable stay in a brand new hotel.

Still has the feel of a brand new property- all clean and shiny. Plenty of parking (though parking right close to the hotel is a bit limited). The bookstore in the same building is excellent. Microwave brought to the room on request. Very friendly staff. The mountain views are awesome.

The beds are quite hard and the pillows are very soft. The bathroom sinks are totally impractical - someone definitely chose Form over function. For the two elevators, one stops at the ‘M’ floor and one doesn’t- some signage around that on each floor would reduce confusion.

Clean, friendly, room for all but no sleep due to noise and hard, painful showers.

The staff where very helpful and friendly. I loved having two sets of bunk beds for my 4 kids! It was VERY clean and I really appreciated that.

The shower heads where supper hard. My daughter cried while having to shower due to the pain of the water shooting out. It was NOISY!!! We got maybe 4hrs of sleep and my kids kept waking up due to the noise of people above us and next to us. The walls and floors are so think it sounds like they are in your room and people opening doors to other rooms sounds like they are opening your door! The people above us kept dropping things and bouncing balls or something from 5am-12am!

Very nice! The suite was spacious enough to stay for a long time.

Suite was awesome for a family traveling. Had a crib we could borrow for the night. Breakfast at hotel was delish! Book store on site was fu to visit. In an upcoming area so do have to drive to activities. Room was very clean.

Table was painted and chipped easily. Had black specks on everything. My grandma noticed that the rooms in the suite didnt have closets. There was one in the hallway.
