The place provides basic necessities however the washing was not available as it was faulty.

Comfortable, easy, spacious and a nice place to rest and relax in a group.

Spacious, comfortable and just right for the 9 of us.

Blankets in 4 of the 5 bedrooms are thin and small. Have feedback to the host that we’ll like to book the same property again if the blankets are replaced with real ones. The host is very nice and have agreed.

A little gem in Klebang

Location was spot on.. Security n Privacy intact.. Not to mention the cleanliness of the villa was top notch.. Good Job to Nestcove for maintaining a pristine villa at an affordable price.. 👍🏼👍🏼

Would be good to have a small washing machine even a mechanical one would be great..

Need to improve the facilities.

Big house with five rooms. Spacious lawn and parking area.

The bathrooms are small and located outside the bedrooms. The sink counter is placed outside the bathroom. Not muslim friendly. No privacy to use bathroom. The water dispenser not fully working. The cold water was not function during my stay. The tv is difficult to operate and it only has chinese channels.

Cool powerful aircon,clean environment,quite sorroundings,beautiful interior.Overall we love our stay here!

The main gate,the house gate,showering system too many valves,wish they could have just one valve to on and off the water.

Great place for friends & family gathering!

Very spacious and cozy. Suitable for family/friends gathering and get together. The location is very strategic and easy to find. Can fit up to 5 cars and safe for kids (away from main road). Really like the bbq area!

Here’s the thing that owner should look into : 1. Water leaks at the kitchen when raining time 2. Cable strangling behind the TV at living hall 3. Change of battery for all the aircond and fan remotes 4. Bedsheet in the room (near kitchen) a bit dusty Other than this, all’s good!

No proper standing instructions prior to check in. Property owner not responsive. Security deposit of RM200 was forfeited with a simple answer ' you did not respect the house rule' when the property owner was not at site together with the guest to verify the actual status of the property during check in and check out. Judgement was made based on his own inspection which is totally unfair

It was good house with complete basic amenities for short stay.

Near pantai klebang. If you like to walk, definitely suitable for you. Have small pool for toddler to play.. It was good house consists of 5 bedroom. All aircond in bedroom, 3 bathroom outside all bedroom.Have Wifi,TV, water heater , water cooler , microwave,iron, bbq area. in upper have 3 bedroom, below have 2 bedroom. They provide towels each room. Soap and shampoo in bathroom.

Host being more friendly and assist for any help. Classic unique front door a bit difficult to open.

Superb

Very big 5 rooms banglow. Comfortable and clean rooms. Can easily fit up to 12 people. Can feel fresh sea breeze although it's about 500m away from the beach.

Check out time is 11am. It should be 12 pm just like the normal checkout in the hotels. TV is not a smart TV and in Chinese instruction, difficult to handle. 😔

This is our 1st experience with Aire BnB. We are happy with our stay here.

Clean, spacious, good mattress 👍 The house is generally cooling even without air conditions on.

Distance from most of the attractions. we used an Alphad, a little difficult to either get into the house compound or get out.

Do Thorough CHECK (Esp. the Linen) Before and After Check Out

The firmness of the bed is our liking but not the only flat pillow (on all beds) and blankets (on single beds) only suitable for toddler.

Only one thin + low pillow for each person. The blankets best for toddler that either get to cover the shoulder or the toes of an 1.5m adult. The unit were left with minimum toilet roll, we informed at 3pm. Host promised will be delivered within 30mins, we had waited many 30mins and many calls made to get the rolls after 7pm. Be mindful when using the BBQ pit, there are broken bricks. After checked out, host sent us numerous unidentified photos claiming that we have stained the bedsheets. We found out that we do not have that printed bedsheet, but the other bedsheet are unidentified. We got upset as half of our deposit were charged for unidentified stains.

Rude host with a big house at an inconvenient location

Big house

- The location is not right as it is shown in the property location link, which is a hassle to find out. - The host behaved very rudely when I asked the right location even after making the full payment. He said “Deposit RM 200 security first and only then you will get the right location.” And asked me to send the deposit to a Malaysian bank when I being a foreign tourist had no clue how to do that in Malaysia. It felt like a blackmail to me. Extremely disappointing!

- nice home - nice neighbour - spacious - friendly owner

1. the house have overwhelming rules & regulations 2. the rock bar top at the kitchen is not ideal for toddlers as my 3yrs old niece hit the side thrice (unfortunate that she is around the same height as that rock bar) 3. Water flow is weak 4. Went to melaka from 4th to 6th sept. Owner got the notice of water disruption which will take place on 5th sept. Trust the owners would have been informed by the government of this event ahead of time. But owner proceed to transact with customer and gave no notice to customer of the disruption until we notice no water on 6 sept on upper level of the house. This has caused half of my family members not being able to bath. Hence, we decided to quickly get out of the house and head to our aunt house to bath. 5. Waited about 30mins for the staff to return our deposit. 6.Above all, owner and me as customer remain nice and calm despite knowing that he failed to notify us on the disruption. 7. No plans to book this home again for our frequent trips back to our kampung in melaka.
