The hotel staff were friendly, the room quiet and clean, enjoyed our family stay.

The hotel was clean and quiet, it wasn’t next to a busy major highway. Breakfast was great.

The mattress was a little too firm.

Great family hotel in Alamagordo

Beautiful, new hotel in Alamagordo - very welcoming especially after a wonderful time exploring in White Sands National Park. Liked the quiet location, away from the main town strip. It was New Year's Eve when we stayed!

Tolles Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und schönem Bad

Schlechtes Frühstück. Es wurde kein Toastbrot nachgelegt. Besteck fehlte, Müsli war leer. Speck gab es nicht.

Tolles neues Hotel. Große saubere Zimmer. Frühstück gut, sogar mit richtigen Tellern und Tassen aber warum Plastikbesteck?

Plastikbesteck beim Frühstück. Der junge Mann morgens an der Rezeption war nicht sehr engagiert.

The supply of paper products was minimal - there was less than half roll of toilet paper and no backup, only a few Kleenexes left and not much paper towel -

Perfect for our 2 night stay close to the White Sand dunes

This place was in a great location. We were about 18 minutes from White Sands , about 4 minutes from restaurants. Had a fridge , microwave, dishwasher…. All we needed . The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was quite good .

Rooms were very nice and clean. We loved the modern design. Every side of the building had an amazing view. Breakfast was pretty good, with a decent selection.

Only issue: the hotel was overbooked. We had 2 rooms and were put on different floors. We were traveling with my MIL and young kids, so this was frustrating.

Thoughtfully furnished clean rooms, with exceptionally competent staff, and great value!

This hotel is very new. It was clean and the rooms appointed with very functional furniture. We had a double queen bed room. There was a kitchenette with microwave, glasses, cutlery, tableware, along with a rolling table, large couch, office desk, office chair, ottoman, coffee table. Spacious room with a desk that spanned the full length of the room and plenty of space for bags and suitcases, even though we traveled light. It was so convenient my kids wanted to move in. The staff are incredibly kind, polite, and courteous. At breakfast the staff even got out specific cereal for my children when they had run out up front. They even allowed us to borrow sleds to use at White Sands National Park as opposed to having to purchase or rent them at a nearby store. If you're visiting the national park or Alamogordo, there's really only place you should stay. I just wish I could get this experience at other cities/places I visit from now on.

great stay for the price!!! dog charge is reasonable. breakfast was excellent

very nice, clean, like new. dog charge was only $50 which was lower than other Home2Suites. front desk gave us 2 bottles of water on check in. breakfast was one of the bests we had on our trip.

not much maybe that it was a bit away from restaurants and grocery stores

Our stay contributed to a perfect weekend.

Wonderful! Good selection and plenty of food and plenty of variety at breakfast. Staff was exceptional, friendly and went over the top answering questions or assisting with family photo, offering games and cards. It was a great experience.

All was well. Even other people staying there were friendly!

For such a small town the hotel was very clean, friendly and easly accessable.

THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS SO SWEET AND FRIENDLY.

We only had an overnight visit but everything was great.

the hotel is new and very comfortable. the rooms are spacious and also have a small kitchen. the staff is very kind. at the reception it is possible to ask for sledges for the white sand national park, very convenient.

the choice at breakfast is limited. at night you can hear the train when it passes

The rooms were so nice and big. Even had a dishwasher. One of the shades for the window blocked out all the light. The pool was outdoors and nice. It was a salt water pool. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Exceptional value hotel in the middle of the desert.

I liked pretty much everything about this property. You name it, they had it. The room itself was larger than even many of the higher scale rooms I’ve stayed at in other major properties like JWMarriott and Vegas resorts. The bed was exceptionally comfy, there was a self service laundry on site, and a full breakfast in the morning included. An exceptional value for the money.

Nothing. I’ll continue to look for this hotel chain in future travels and give it top priority.

Best pet friendly hotel room ever. Lots of attention to detail. Breakfast could be simplified.

It was the best hotel room we have ever had. Really cozy and plenty of room, shelves and counter space. The best part was that we could have our pets and they were welcome rather than tolerated.

At first we were really impressed by the breakfast spread, however, we later decided it was too complex. Some days there were things we needed like almond milk. Other days it wasn't available. Things couldn't be stocked properly as people came in because it all had to be prepped. For example, a big thing of scrambled eggs would have been easier and more appealing than individual omelets that were either unavailable (due to the kitchen) or overcooked from sitting there so long. There was also no signage to know what stuff was or what ingredients were in it. Even the brown sugar had cinnamon hidden in it. Kinda risky for allergies.
