Not too bad

Breakfast charged $39 and it was mentioned $28 to me a day before. As well as the restaurant for dinner is not pleasant.

Good and bad

Nice, comfortable room. Needed to be for the price.

Lack signage and intelligent instructions to the guest car park. Upon arrival was requested $25 for parking in addition to the expensive room. Not good and didn't know. They did let me off the charge though.

Not worth the high cost.

The hotel was relatively quiet, clean and comfortable.

The amenities were insufficient for the price. We paid $400 each night but the expensive room service was not tasty enough. There were not little luxuries like a bath tub. There were no complimentary movie or streaming channels. Furthermore, when A few days after checking out and paying $2000 for accommodation and room service, I realised that I had left behind my computer charger. I contacted the hotel to arrange for the charger to be sent to me. At no time during these conversations did any staff mention any fee for sending me the charger. If they had done so, I would have told them that it was surely appropriate for them not to charge me this low cost ($12 postage). It would be a small act of kindness to a guest who had paid $400 a night.. I was appalled to receive advice that the hotel had made an unauthorised charge to my credit card after the charger had been sent to me. When I advised that this was an unorthorised charge that should be refunded, the hotel staff ignored my complaint and dishonestly claimed that I had authorised it.

really bad need something done and someone

the room cost costs me $266 I have a receipt how was ripped off the receipt shows $300 and then I was charged another hundred and told that I was smoking in the room they everybody went outside and then as we came back upstairs, they locked room and said that we won’t allowed to go in and we won’t, because I told the person to put it out within the smoking room because of some straight or something it wasn’t even smoky I feel like I’m hard done by because you could tell these people just wanted to charge me at the start on my stay and then miss treat us in their customer service so from entry of Park Royal it cost me for a room that’s Toronto and and $266 charge $365 and 100 for safety deposit not happy

not one thing I was downstairs when I say call Salam and somebody walked into our room without even knocking sound very nice

Very clean and comfortable

Such a lovely property. The room was fitted out beautifully and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was nicely appointed. The reception desk is not on the ground floor. You have to take the lift up to Reception. Great to have such a lovely property in this part of Melbourne.

Perfect

It was great to have complimentary checkout of 12pm as we had a medical procedure mid afternoon, so we didn't have to check out early and wait around. Breakfast was great!

Friendly staff, great amenities, comfy rooms.

From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and helpful, even got a room ready early for us. The bed and the pillows were some of the best I have ever slept in/with in any place I have stayed around the world. Located over a shopping cnetre you have anything you need at your disposal.

Overall a Pleasant Stay

Good size room with modern bathroom and features, tv and electric curtains. Spent a single night only and no issues to report or additional items to fault on.

Carpets outside lifts needed cleaning. Had a bad odour. Would be good to get stickers so security guards don't tag the cars at night as the parking is for x hours only.

The location and the all-in-one environment. Under the hotel, you have your general amenities like food, grocery store, Kmart etc.

The staff were not really accommodating. I had booked the hotel for a friend of mine who are attending the Monash Hospital so we booked them a hotel so they are close by. The staff had already taken my booking information and comments, yet still charged my friends even though had my card details. They also charged them an extra $100. This isn't exactly a negative, it's more to just be aware of these things.

Great modern clean hotel close to food, movies and shopping.

Room was modern, fresh and clean and bed was comfy. Loved how there was a toothbrush and toothpaste in bathroom, robes and slippers. Easy access to food, cinema and shopping. Buffet breakfast was great also. A great stay.

Need to replace nescafe sachets with better coffee.
