I highly recommend staying here. We always enjoy our stay. The condo always clean, the staff very nice and the host is the best. You get the best of everything staying and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We already knew A Place at the Beach was nice but this condo was amazing. The place was neat and organized. It had everything a person could need including lounger chairs and boogie boards. The host checks in to be sure all is well. I would highly recommend any one of the properties this host has.

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with supplies including beach chairs, towels and sand toys. The first floor location was perfect for the beach or pool but a bit of a walk however it was close to the parking lot for loading and unloading which was more important to us as that was the hardest part. Steve was a great host. Definitely hope to do this again next year.

A place at the beach is a family fun place to go. We used the indoor and outdoor pool and putt- putt. Our host Steve was great. We took our 3 granddaughters ages 2, 4, and 6 and they had a really fun time. It was hard to get the older girls off the water slide. Quick access to the beach too. The staff are friendly the place is always clean I plan on returning.

This was a great property for our family. Private access to the beach and the pool was great. Kids loved the water slide. The condo itself was very clean and just as pictured. Our host was very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our time here. This place was so clean. It is on the beach. Cant see the beach from this unit but the boarwalk to the beach is a really enjoyable safe clean walk. Ammenities galore. Excellent location. Host couldnt have been any better. Very clear communication and I feel he really went the extra mile!

We went to the MCAS Cherry Point Air Show and made a vacation out it at the beach. It was great. We utilized the beach, pools and hot tub. The owners communication was excellent. They texted me with important information throughout our stay. Thank you.

We had a great time. More walking than we thought to get to pools & beach, but only because we had a disabled person in our group. Condo was clean and well kept. Beautiful place. Looking forward to going again!

Great stay for family of 5 while we were visiting Swansboro. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed, decor was darling and it was clean. It's a quick walk to an amazing beach and the indoor/outdoor pools were awesome. Fam enjoyed mini golf, basketball hoop, waterslide and tennis courts. Property is well kept and we hope to be back. Book your stay today, you won't be disappointed!

The property is nice and the owner was pleasant. A couple opportunities I would like to add, one being the hot water in the hallway bathroom. The bosses leaks the hot water so the shower was chilly. Two is the cover photo of the condo listed looks like the view is of the water from the condo. However, the condo is in the in the way back away from the water. We thought we would have an oceanfront view. The condo was clean and we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had never stayed at Atlantic Beach and enjoyed our stay at "A Place at the Beach". The condo is located on the first floor although there are still stairs to get to the condo and a lengthy walk to the beach and pool, something to consider for those who have mobility issues. The unit did provide chairs, a cooler, and sun shield which was nice. All the chairs were very low to the ground, recommend adding traditional height lawn chairs. The resort had many amenities to offer guests including bingo, live music, a slide and tubes, as well as concessions, plenty of chairs at the pool. The resort also offered mini-golf, pickleball, basketball, beach volleyball and a playground. The condo had keyless entry making everything much easier, no key to keep track of or lose. The condo was clean and the check in/check out procedure was very simple and the owners communication was excellent. We appreciated the welcome snacks and water. We enjoyed our stay in this rental.

We have stayed at this resort for the past 4 years, in a different condo each time. This was a last minute booking so I had to settle. This condo was just okay. It did it’s job of being somewhere to sleep, as a base to explore. It’s on the 1st floor (but it’s still up stairs) so there is no ocean view or pool view, it’s a parking lot view. It’s located the furthest from the pool and ocean. Also every morning the sprinklers go off and totally soak the balcony so if you leave your towels outside to dry, they will get soaked. The furniture is outdated, and the master bed is awful. It’s sunk in on either side with lumps. One of the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. There was no baking sheets, but there’s a crockpot- I find that amusing. No TV in the master. There’s community laundry right down the hall. They did have chairs, a cooler, umbrella etc that’s very nice. Checkin was great and communication with the owner was great too. This resort and its amenities are amazing and to be honest, you’re not in the room except to sleep, for the most part.

I really love this property. This was our 3rd stay. Wonderful hosts and clean condo. The amenities are also wonderful. I will always make this my first choice when visiting Atlantic Beach. My kids absolutely love it here. You are close to everything! Thats the best part. You can spend your entire stay here relaxing or explore the area surrounding. I highly recommend staying here for your next beach vacation!

Our family had never been to Atlantic Beach, and now we can't wait to go back! Our rental was perfect for us- two parents, a big kid, and grandmother. Having two bathrooms was great, as many rentals of this size only have one. Having the bedroom alcove with bunkbeds was perfect- no one had to sleep on a pullout couch. The rental was clean, well-appointed, and the check-in and check-out process simple. The layout of the resort is a little strange at first- we kept saying it felt like a summer camp! But once we got used it it, we enjoyed our covered walks to the pool and beach, which were both very close. Our son also loved how close the basketball courts and hot tub were to our unit. The unit is on the first floor, but we never heard noise from anyone above us. The keyless entry made everything so much easier, and parking was never an issue. Our family enjoyed our stay in this rental and would definitely come back!

Very nice & clean condo! The condo also had everything you needed from beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, boogie boards, & tennis rackets. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. A place at the beach has all the amenities such as indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi, miniature golf, tennis, water slide and MORE! We will deff come back!

It was a nice complex with easy beach access. The unit is small but clean. Bring a wagon because it's on the end of the building furthest away from the beach. The owners were nice and very responsive.

Unit was clean, well stocked with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Proximity to the pool and beach was perfect. Beds were comfortable. I stayed here with two 13 year olds, a 9 year old, and 2 year old and the space was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here! Me, my mom and my 3 girls (9, 6, 3). We love the property and this condo is really clean and has lots of what you need. A little tight with the 5 of us but we made it work. The kitchen is tricky if you want it cook a full meal but is ok. It was great to have beach chairs and toys there so we did not have to bring ours. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would stay here again…with fewer people. 😀

The property is very clean inside and out, bright and inviting with a relaxing, cozy feel. Lots of activities for all ages without even leaving the grounds. My husband and I found the property perfect for our get away. The first night we had an issue with the master shower and the owner was right on it and had a plumber come out the next day and fixed it. The outdoor pool was not open which the website said May- October, but everything else made up for that. Great location- would differently stay agin. Steve the owner was great to work with!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Laura's beach side rental. While we were only staying for a long weekend it was better appointed than most any rental we've enjoyed! Beach chairs, sand toys, extra towels, and a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. I truly appreciated the Keurig and associated coffee supplies. The kids were excited to discover assorted snacks upon arrival. We will certainly look at their availability when we return in the Fall!
