"White Sands" is the perfect beachfront townhome. This gorgeous Gulf front vacation home is located on its own private beach with security and is close to all of Destin's best attractions. Just minutes from Crab Trap, Camille's, and the Back Porch!

Lounge in multiple living/sitting areas throughout our home overlooking the magnificent Emerald Waters. ...We are not afraid of NEW, everything in our home is NEW! To keep you cool, we just installed are two New A/C's with Hospital grade air scrubbers. To keep you fed, on our main floor, we just designed and built a brand New culinary kitchen, with fabulous appliances and well-stocked cooking accoutrements. Enjoy your meals inside overlooking the ocean in either of the two ample size dining areas, or outside on one of our Gulf front balconies. While thinking of you, we just installed a New large capacity washer and dryer in the laundry.
Sleeping arrangements: We have 6 bedrooms, all of which have TV's. There are 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The 3rd floor master suite is a Gulf front Oasis for Relaxation. Enjoy Panoramic Beach Views from your Tempur-Pedic king size bed, in privacy lounging on the master balcony, and from the newly remodeled ensuite master bathroom. Luxury was the inspiration for this master bath remodel, with a sumptuousness soaking tub overlooking the ocean, a generous walk in shower, and a double sink vanity. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the other has a custom twin over twin bunkbed. There is a full bath in the hall for your convenience! On the 1st floor, one bedroom has two full size beds the 2nd bedroom has a twin over full custom bunkbed. These two bedrooms share a New Jack & Jill bathroom. The 4th floor has a custom twin over full bunkbed. So many choices to find your Zen spot.
Entertainment: High-speed Internet, large Smart TV's throughout (including one outside), expansive outside entertainment decks with plenty of seating and areas for games. Steps from the deck lead right to our private beach! Outside we have a private shower with hot and cold water, perfect for when you come off the beach and for rinsing beach chairs and toys. Enjoy cooking on the grill and al fresca dining overlooking the Gulf to end another wonderful day at the beach!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our guest services specialist.

This is our fourth consecutive year staying in green reef 14, nineth overall since 2008. We absolutely love this place. Always clean and the property manager is outstanding. The renovations throughout the years has suited our growing family well The kitchen is well equipped and space has everything you need. The beach being private is major plus. Green reef 14 will continue to be our place of choice for our Destin family vacation for years to come.

White sands is absolutely the perfect family getaway! It is decorated so cute and truly makes you feel like you’re home away from home! SO much space and the best floor plan. The outside shower was a life savor. Short walk to multiple restaurants. Can’t wait to book our trip to come back next year… maybe even sooner!

Six college roommates gathered to celebrate their 70th birthdays. From the moment we walked in the door we were amazed by the space! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and is well organized. We gathered on the lower deck for coffee each morning, had lunch on the upper deck and spent the afternoons on the beach, walking and sitting on the beach under the beach umbrellas and sun! We treasured our time together! It was a unanimous 5 star!

Such an amazing experience. We stayed here for a big family vacation and there could not be a more perfect house than this. We have somewhat expensive tastes when it comes to vacations and this house did not disappoint. The access to the beach, directly out the back door, and the 3 different deck spaces to entertain made it the best experience possible. We went during Spring Break and the beaches were packed, however the beach that the home sits on has about a 1/4 mile stretch of private beach. So while the beaches around us were very busy, ours was only for the 10 or so houses that sit on it. And there was a security guard to keep others out. This was so nice as our young children could go to and from the house from the beach without us worrying about strangers on the beach between the home and beach. Inside it was immaculate. Recently remodeled, the quality of work was amazing. I am a high end General Contractor and these owners did not spare an expense when doing this property. We will absolutely stay here again.

This property is even better in person! There was plenty of rooms for everyone and lots of places to gather or have privacy if needed on our vacation. The house was decorated and the couches are the most comfortable couch we have ever sat on. Having your own private beach and chair setup daily was the cherry on top! I've been to Destin over 10 times and this was my favorite location to date!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and I wish we stayed longer. The house has several different areas to gather and hang out including multiple outdoor options. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The house was clean and well decorated too. We found everything to be perfect and loved the space for dinners and games. Not to mention the VIEW! This stretch of beach was absolutely lovely. The area in general is convenient and really beautiful. Our only complaint would be the mildew smell on the bottom floor. I know it happens in beach homes but this was very expensive and that felt a little off. Overall, we Highly recommend!

Wonderful townhouse with great amenities and location.Just to clarify the layout, the beach level floor has 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a sitting room with a TV and a kitchenette. Top floor has 3 bedroom's with a loft h=that has 3 beds. This place was great for 3 families to hang out together or have your own space.

To have private beach access and the view is worth every penny. The high-end amenities of the condo were much appreciated. We have stayed in other units that did not provide the amount of necessities this property had (dishsoap, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. - enough for us for the week but a larger group would at least not have to have to get those for a few days at least).

Well where to start...we had a party of 12, 9 adults and 3 kids, several had never experience this before including my 4 1/2 yr old grandson. the whole experience was off the chart great!! We had stayed in 14 in 2015 but it was NOTHING like it was then. As I am told Teri, the owner and Michelle who helped her ( I appoligize if I have that wrong) did a FANTASTIC job on 14, the place was magnificent in every way. The design changes, the stairway to downstairs which wasn't there in 2015 and not to mention the beloved outdoor shower which was put to extensive use ( I persoally never did shower inside!!) the additional privacy and on and on, great job y'all!! Gotta say too Lyza and Tina at Beyond Blue were wonderful! I did suggest to Lyza that you update the photos on the website because they do not depict the kitchen area downstairs properly, photos show a fridge but not as upgraded with fridge, sink, wine cooler and island, also some pictures showing the downstairs access more clearly. Well all in all a GREAT trip to GREAT Beachhouse!! I have stayed in some of the other Green Reefs but 14 takes the prize !! Thanks so much for the memories!!

Family Getaway
The property was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only problem we had was the renovation happening in the adjoining property -- hammering for 12 hours per day during the week! It really hampered our enjoyment, and certainly impacted the naptime of our grandchildren.

Couldn't ask for more
We had a party of 8 adults. There was plenty of space for us to all hang out together, and to be alone when the urge struck. The view from the property is hard to describe, breath-taking! We could see dolphins from the decks. It was hard to leave the house when we ventured out, but there was so much to do when we finally did! Many places to eat within walking distance, and so many activities within in driving distance. The boardwalk provided plenty of places to eat, drink, shop, or listen to music. We will be back! If you need a sign to book a Destin trip, this is it! DO IT!

(1) Though not controllable by the property managers themselves, the saying still goes "You can't pick your neighbors". We had some folks who loved their music loud and were particularly picky about their spot on the beach. Expect to get up anywhere from 7-8 AM to ensure you get out to the beach and claim your position.
(2) One of the dining room chairs was basically broken, because the chair leg bolt was not seating into the chair itself. Thankfully, no one sat in it or they might have enjoyed a nice fall. We called the next day and maintenance came out and took it away.
(3) Though we know the property managers reserve the right to make changes to the property, when we initially booked it months in advance, the bed arrangement was better: less double beds and more queen/king beds. That was an unfortunate finding upon our arrival.
We will definitely consider doing the whole private beach property rental again in the future regardless!

Loved the location. The house was plenty big enough for our party of 12. Was comfortable except for the showers were a bit small, beds uncomfortable and the kitchen small. The furniture was excellent for our troop. There were enough areas for each to get some space but enough room for us to eat and watch the Olympics together and play games. The outside shower was a huge plus as that kept up from tracking in sand. We put the grill to use and was easy to use another great plus.

The location was beautiful. Easy private access to the beach. But we were disappointed with the condo and management. It started with a call at 4:00 stating that we couldn't get into the condo until 5. I already had family there. The cleaning lady was very nice and let them stay in the one clean room until she was done. When I arrived and looked around we realized that this is not the unit I booked online. I booked a unit that slept 23. The 2 lowest level bedrooms should have had 2 double beds in each. One did but the other had 1 double and a twin bunk over it that only a child could get into. There was no spiral staircase. And no enclosed sunroom. All of those things were pictured on the site. When I called to complain and ask why my unit was switched out they told me that there was some change in the management or something. They kept saying that the unit had been remodeled and that's why the bedrooms changed. I explained that I booked the place in March and it did not look like all of this could have taken place in that short of time period A fellow brought to rollaway beds. Then another girl came with bedding. Me and my group explained to both of them that we were unhappy and disappointed with how things played out. I asked that they talked to someone and have them call me to work this out. I felt like I paid extra for a larger unit so that my entire family could be comfortable. Then when I got there I did not get what I paid for. No one ever called to talk to me about this or to try to make it right. Also in the middle of our stay the terminix man came to spray for bugs (there were many). He said that he had been trying to get into the unit for weeks to spray it but was never allowed in. He told us that the renovations were done at least 6 months ago. Looking at that lower bedroom with one double bed and the twin bunk tucked into the ceiling, there is no way that room ever had two beds in it. So when I believe they switched me to a smaller place without notice.

The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The house is in the perfect location, walk straight out onto a white sandy beach that has it's own private section so it is not overcrowded. We were 11 adults so needed 6 rooms, some of the 'rooms' are add-ons with just bunk beds slotted into some nooks etc. so if privacy is needed there are really only 4 bedrooms. Sofas can be used as beds as well so this is a great house for families to use for vacation. I would definitely go back again, it really was great.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Pros: great location, really close to the beach, updated kitchen, new washer/dryer, plenty of hot water, friendly accommodating rental staff. Cons: housekeeping left large amounts of white animal hair in the sunroom, found removed fake fingernails on my nightstand downstairs, saw 5 cockroaches while we were there- one in someone’s bed woke them while they slept, 2 in silverware drawers in kitchen, 2 on floor in kitchen, bottom floor has a door that connects it to next unit, no sound proofing, can see light around the door, was woken up every night between 12:30-1:30a by the neighbors loud partying which lasted over an hr each night.
