This spectacular home provides an extremely rare, gentle slope to the lake. This slope is so gentle, the home has its own boat ramp.

Located on a protected area of Norris Lake behind Waterside Marina, your swimmers will not have any boat traffic. The drive to the home from Interstate 75 is also an easy 10 minutes without the typical winding roads. Your private dock has 2 covered slips measuring 10' x 27' and 8' x 24'. A 3rd boat can be parked on the outside edge (uncovered). If you need watercraft rentals, contact the nearby marinas: Waterside and Stardust. Due to liability reasons, we cannot provide flotation devices.

Enter the home to see the rich construction befitting of those travelers wanting the best. Numerous decks provide the ultimate gathering places and the perfect reading rooms.

The large kitchen with nearby propane grill (free propane) ensure the 'camp chefs' have everything need to satisfy the hungry crowd. See kitchen section for additional details.

Our second time staying here because we love the house and the location. So easy to get to from 75. Close to a marina. Driveway has lots of easy parking. No steep drives or steps to the lake.

Overall this house was the perfect fit for our family. The lake access was manageable for our older parents. It was nice having our own boat dock. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook each night. The only thing we would have liked was to have additional blankets. Some of the bedrooms were cold at night, I would suggest bringing additional comforters/blankets.

We had a leadership team of 8 stay on the property. WIFI was great and no issues with anything in the house. Great location for team building/bonding and being outside.

The house was perfect for the week of our daughter’s wedding. Very beautiful and roomy. We had a magnificent time during the week. Property manager was quick to respond to a few minor issues/questions. Highly recommend for large groups gathering to make great memories.

This property was amazing for our family gathering. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out, the outdoor spaces were great, the slope to the dock was the best we've had at Norris Lake and the onsite boat launch was an added perk. The house is impressive and the location on a quiet cove was great for swimming. We have made our reservations for next year!

House was lovely. However, when we arrived there were wet towels in the washing machine. The basement had no heat and in one the showers upstairs the water was slow going down. We had to use a small space heater in the basement. We still enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time with family. Plenty of room for multiple families. Kitchen was perfect for gathering and cooking. Great space for a family gathering.

To many problems for price

To many problems for price

1. Many rooms had zero light bulbs working. 2. Drains in sinks were so slow that you would to shut off water. 3. Heat and air malfunctioning entire trip. I had to reset breakers multiple times. So heat would turn off. 4. We had to go to Walmart to get batteries for TV remotes. Then had to Google how to program TV remotes to TV because remotes were not pre-programmed. All these are small issues but changing light bulbs in master bathroom, pantry, side porch and down stairs closet. Dealing with clogged sinks. Getting up in middle of night to flip breakers for heat. Going to store to get batteries for TV remotes . Are things that should already be handled for price charged.

Lovely home easily located - well stocked kitchen - Upon arrival we found all towels to the home in the dryer - all bedding and towels were very worn and did not well represent a higher priced home - we had to make all of our beds - which again was not something you would expect to have to do with a rental of this caliber. We were deeply disappointed when the grill had no propane after preparing a huge steak dinner for our family of 20 - the tv in the main area was not functioning properly - the garbage cans were full upon arrival and forced us to leave garbage piled up in the garage

Very beautiful home. Well equipped. Only drawback was not enough bath linens for the 16 of us for 3 nights and no washing machine to wash them in. Otherwise, it was perfect..

Previous guests trashed the place and had to wait to get in, then had to do a bit of our own cleaning. Host was responsive, adjusted cleaning fee for our difficulty. Really enjoyed home and dock.

Our group of 25 extended family members had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at GraceFilledHomes in July 2021. A beautiful home on a peaceful, quiet part of the lake. We experienced one hiccup with the temperature of the fridge and with one email, repairs were completed that evening. Couldn’t ask for more! Great memories!
