About this apartment rental

This super clean spacious open floor plan offers 3 large bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Parking for 2 cars. 1 in garage and 1 just outside in the carport. Their are also 2 balconies. Our place can sleep up to 10 people and we are located on the top floor so no noisy footsteps from above. There are beach chairs and grill for use in the garage. We have all the amenities of home. (Central air / heat, Full size washer / dryer, cable / WiFi ) just park your car and forget about it. We do not supply sheets and towels. We are available to rent all year round.
Only Saturday to Saturday Rentals from mid June to mid September.
Off season we have a 3 day minimum

No Senior Week or Prom Rentals
Must be 25 or older to rent

This property was perfect for our family. We were there for a dance competition and the property was excellent for access to the convention center. It has a very comfortable and large main room and the beds were also very comfortable. The balcony is small, but cute, and the kitchen was well appointed. (It even included a Keurig, which is critical for us!) Overall it was a great week!

Place was clean and had plenty of space for 7 of us. Just about 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Jim was quick with any queries we had. Balcony was nice to hangout and chill in the evenings.

This was my 4th time at Wildwood and have always chosen a hotel. Spending a little more money on a condo was well worth the money. Spacious, wonderful amenities and private.

Jim and Brenda’s place was perfect! Large rooms, comfy beds and great parking. We are very happy we were able to use the grill! The communication with the owner was fantastic, couldn’t of asked for anything better. We will definitely be back in the future!

Property was as described. Everything worked as it should. The property sits on Pacific Ave which is a main drag and very loud 24/7. The main balcony faces the parking lot and Pacific Ave with abandoned building and what I believe to be a drug house across the street. Sketchy people hanging out at night in plan sight. Cars would drive up blow the horn and someone would come out and give them a package.

The condo and owners were wonderful. It was very clean, spacious and great location. It’s just a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach (very easy walk). I would stay again.

My family was in town for 3 days attending an AAU basketball tournament at the Conventional center and, this Unit meet all of our expectations (clean, spacious, safe location and walking distance to everything). The owners prompt response time to any concerns is just another bonus.

Property was very clean/ well maintained. Enjoyed looking at the Wildwood/beach decorations which gave the place a homely feel! Only downfall was the 3 flight of steps you need to climb to get to the property. Maybe a hinderance for elderly or peolple with disabilities.

Jim was excellent! Very easy to talk to, He talked to me like he has known me forever! The condo was very clean and decorated very nice. The beds were very comfortable also. Very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. I would definitly recomend this property!

My husband and I took our 16 year old son, 3 of his friends, our 15 year old son, our 5 year old son, and my adult sister for a long weekend. Plenty of room for everyone! Very clean, great location, and always quick, respectful responses. Jim is a fantastic host!

Loved the property. Nice, clean and spacious. Didn't like the location. Ugly, depressing and surrounded by low class motels. We spent most of the time in Cape May town which is about 18 min drive and in Wildwood Crest /Diamond beach area which is absolutly beautiful. Diamond beach is just 6 minutes away.

I highly recommend this rental. The place is everything you could want and a rental and so much more. Great location to beach and boards! Can’t wait to stay again, owners were super friendly and helpful to anything I needed. Five stars no doubt ! Hope to rent again next summer!

This property is superb. The host, Jim was very communicative and answered every question within minutes. The property is extremely clean and conveniently located within a few blocks of the boardwalk and ocean. Every amenity available right down to beach chairs and a grill. Check-in, check-out instructions were simple and easy. Would recommend and definitely would stay again if we return to Wildwood.

Jim and Brenda were by far the most accommodating, understanding, and communicative hosts I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Every last detail that one would need to know about the rental or the area itself was presented to us in a neat and organized manner, leaving no room for question. The property itself was nothing less than wonderful. Fully equipped with everything one could need for a week escape from reality. Throughout the trip, I was able to communicate with Jim and Brenda, which was very accommodating. The cleanliness of the property upon arrival was outstanding and truly made us feel a very warm welcome. I would recommend these hosts to anyone, and I would strongly consider staying with them again. Jim and Brenda, thank you! Your kindness, generosity and understanding goes a very long way, leaving us with a trip we will never forget.
