About this apartment rental

Take the elevator to this wonderful end unit with covered parking and convenient neighborhood pool. Enjoy stunning views of Bohicket Creek from the rear porch. High tide brings numerous sea birds while low tide has oysters 'clipping shut' in their beds. The unit is designed for a wonderful vacation experience and is within walking distance of the Lake House fitness center and pools. You'll also enjoy the beautiful beaches, nature trails and bike paths all over the island.

The open floorplan offers bright light with sweeping Marsh views from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining area flows into the living space which is perfect to unwind after a long beach day. Sliding doors open to the dual ceiling fan porch where guests can relax and enjoy a light meal at the café table or cocktails in the cozy seating area overlooking the marsh.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom with adjacent bath has 2 twin beds and a lovely private deck area of its own overlooking the palm trees.

*Electric golf carts (rental or personal) are not permitted at this vacation property as there are no adequate charging outlets.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Very nice condo in good location on Seabrook Island. Condo was very clean and well appointed. The marsh views and outdoor space was really nice. Minor technical issue upon arrival was addressed by Chris in maintenance very quickly and professionally. Would definitely return to this unit.

All the instructions sent were a pain to read and rediculous to charge high gate fee. No dumpster to leave garbage on property.

The scenery was great. Getting into the unit was fine, but gate security was not expecting us. They were gracious enough to let us in. I would recommend that the unit owner prepare a binder of recommended things to do around the island and area

We enjoyed our stay at Seabrook! Everything was as described! The unit was fully equipped for everything we needed. They even had provided beach towels, chairs and toys for the kids, which we were not expecting. We will be back again next year!

We loved this condo. It was the perfect spot for the two of us to relax and escape for a few days. Close enough to Charleston to go a few times. Enough to do in the area to relax. We will for sure be back next year, The condo was very upscale and loved the decor. Very clean and had so many amenities to make our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Positively perfect in every way

Traveled to seabrook island for a mother daughter girls trip with my 2 daughters. This villa was perfect in every way! Clean & decorated to perfection. The screened in deck was my happy place, I had coffee out there every morning. If we weren’t at one of the beautiful beaches or bike riding I was enjoying that deck! Hosts were very helpful & quick to respond with any questions. Will be coming back for sure!
