The building is very special and interesting! The service from staff was top notch in every way! Breakfast was delicious and filling. We felt very comfortable and at home here.
This is out of the hotel's control, but there are a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood. Light sleepers should take precautions. Also, be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as these are not provided by the hotel. The hot tub was out of service for the week we were there.

Beautiful spacious property which is lovingly decorated with beautiful objects. Many levels to relax at. Breakfast was delicious, staff excellent. Well stocked with water and snacks and coffee in room included.

Loved everything about Residence Las Flores! The property is beautiful, staff very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The owner is so very nice and hospitable. It’s walking distance from everything. We extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back. 1st class property!

They told us that the original hotel is overbooked so they sent us to another hotel. The first night we stayed in a super dark room and there is no light at all

Fantastic property, very unique. Staff was awesome and breakfast was a great way to start the day. Easy walk to restaurants and the Malecon but far enough away to cut down on the noise. Very quiet neighborhood except for a dog that needs some quality time with Cesar Millan... see negatives.
The only negative has nothing to do with the property, but it is a residential area and a neighbor has dogs that seem to bark all night. It was hot so we had the AC on but without the white noise (much appreciated btw) I may have needed earplugs to keep the hounds at bay.

Where do I start?! To begin with, the two girls on staff here went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and as content as possible. The owner greeted us and made us feel welcome while answering the few questions we had about parking. After check-in, we were given a tour of the entire property that was more extensive than I realized when booking. There were 5 total floors, among them being a lounge for guests with music, television, computer, landlines, complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, and a full bar for a small fee. The pool deck had a hot/cold tub that was very comfortable for the hot days, four loungers to catch some sun and enjoy the ocean view and sunset, and more complimentary snacks and beverages. Above that was the breakfast dining room and patio. I was shocked at the level of service and quality of food for a complimentary breakfast! The best omelet I have ever had with the most beautiful view! The chef served a new dish every morning but breakfast always started with yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, coffee, and the option for agua fresca. The dining experience was an event, and we felt catered to in such a sweet way and left feeling completely satisfied. Luna and Camilla, the owner's kitties were a delightful addition of character to the property. We had fun spotting them around the property and giving them morning scratches on our way out for the day. I ended up coming down with the flu while we were there, unfortunately, but the property and room were so comfortable it felt like the best place to be sick as it had all the comforts of home and the staff was helpful in guiding us to a pharmacy to pick up some medicine. We will absolutely return to Residence Las Flores! 10/10 recommend it to anyone considering staying here.
The only note I have is that the hotel itself could be a little easier to identify as there are several doors and when you first arrive, it can be a little confusing. Beyond that, there is not one moment of our trip that we would have changed. The owner of this hotel has considered every aspect of the guest's comfort and we felt completely at ease in this space. We were also confident that should we have an issue, we could have made that known and the staff would have done what they could to make sure it was resolved.

The whole hotel was super nice. It is built in a way that invites you to stay and relax. There are many places, lounges and balconies. There are also two cute cats that live there.

The room was comfortable and good size, cute and nice furniture, wood high ceiling, bathroom was cozy and nice touches. The facility was outdoorsy and nice spaces. location was pretty good.
Worst thing is we found a cockroach and another insect during our stay. That changed my feeling about the full stay. The small jacuzzi was cold, would have made a good difference if it was heated.
The views were partially blocked by buildings in the way.

I felt like I was in a work of art, not just a hotel! I had a last minute detour and needed to find last minute accommodations in La Paz...I couldn't believe my luck to find this gorgeous hotel at such a reasonable price! Walking in, you can tell it is a beautifully and skillfully designed home, not just a hotel. I was delighted by the level of care and attention to detail and design at every turn. The service and staff were top tier as well...So many thoughtful touches and extra amenities and courtesies that made me feel more than well cared for! The beds and rooms are beautiful, large, very comfortable, and so well appointed. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from the Malecon and minutes from the center of town. The terrace views are stunning. It was perfect and amazing in every way. Overall, a phenomenal stay, and I can't wait to get back soon :)

this is a unique and lovely property so close to the beach. despite being so close to the beach it was impeccably clean and there was no sand all over the place. the room was comfortable. the host and staff were amazing. parking was easy.
The wash cloths provided for removal of makeup and sunscreen are too soft to be effective. Regular terry cloth for this process would be appreciated.

Beautiful property, incredibly decorated. Comfortable with plenty of amenities. Great location at the southern end of the Malecon close to some amazing restaurants and a short distance to Playa Balandra / Tecolote, etc.
The breakfast was high quality but not having the option to select what was prepared by the chef.

Such a beautiful uniquely designed building truly magnificent.
You must be able to climb some stairs to truly enjoy everything this place has to offer.
The 2 house cats are super sweet are followed me around greeting me in the mornings. 💙

Laura was amazing and made us feel welcome and at home. She provided excellent service and was a complete pleasure to meet. the breakfasts were a highlight and were delicious as well as healthy.
Twin beds in living room we’re a little hard for the teens. Jacuzzi was not operational but was not a big deal except to my son who loves hot tubs.

This is a boutique luxury villa style hotel, with only 7 or 8 suites and it was amazing.
The location is nice and very close to all. A 2 block walk to the Malecon and across from the beach. The room was so expansive and comfortable, there is a living room, bedroom mini bar area with lots of snacks, waters, and tea and coffee and giant balcony with sea view. The room had the feel of a luxury hacienda villa, bed was king size, nice linens and very comfortable - could not have been any better. The bathroom was big, plenty of lights and space and a spa shower, plenty of towels.
The hotel is absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. The breakfast space is on the rooftop bar, with a glorious 360 view of La Paz and the sea, perfect- beginning to end. Miguel the chef prepared gourmet breakfast daily and it was the best meals we had on our trip overall. Staff - including Laura - were top notch. The lounge areas both the top floor hot tub area and the 3rd floor lounge were delightful. The roof top had a hot tub, seating, gathering space and had minibar selections. The 3rd floor lounge was a beautiful private area with satellite TV, comfortable couches, chess table and lovely cocktail and wine minibar set up, a luxurious lounge that we enjoyed very much.
The hotel owner Guiseppe greeted up and was convivial and delightful, you can tell he loves his guest and the hotel. Highly recommend a stay here.
There isnt much to to complain about, This is in a neighborhood so you will hear dogs barking, but this is not the fault of the hotel. I did have a problem with too much light in the room at night and the staff put up extra curtain for me, it was perfect.

Such a lovely small hotel, richly decorated, uniquely constructed, very comfortable, unusually generous with snacks and drinks, helpful and professional staff and sweet cats to make us feel at home.
Our only complaint would be that in our room there were lights shining in from the outside (on the plants) and that made our room very bright at night. As a light sleeper I would have much preferred the option of turning those outside lights off.

The staff were extremely polite and nice. They had a full Mexican breakfast. The rooms are of good size and its cleaned and maintained well. The hotel is very accessible. My only suggestion would be to offer something extra for people who would like to taste something sweet for breakfast. Overall a hotel for a very relaxing and quality time.

The place is renovated to have an old colonial vibe, which is a bit heavy and dark. The breakfast is very fussy, where you are served together as a group, assigned seats, and must eat what is served (no self service). Since we weren’t told what the food was or get to say our dietary restrictions, it was a bit off putting. We are used to self service everything and being left alone, so if you aren’t needing that treatment, you’ll be fine.
