Disapointed

The didn't provide the breakfast and i have to go with my family to look for a far restaurant and i paid 70$,They must refund it to me, they send an email at the time of breakfast they they will make 15% off next reservation but who said i will reserve with them next time. They have to refund it.

In the promotion pictures the rooms view towards the lake but in reality no, also the check in at 4 pm!!!

It spoiled the whole experience from the total solar eclipse we came for

The location and view over the lake was very tempting to go there and it was beautiful

At the end of the evening when we were ready to go to bed, we were extremely disappointed to find that the bed sheets had not been changed. There were still hairs from previous guests on the sheets, and the bottom sheet was not clean and fresh as it is required to be. Due to this, we were unable to sleep in the room and decided to pack our belongings and we left 10 pm.

Bon séjour général,bon rapport qualité/prix.

Le côté vert et bien situé.Petit endroit cocon.

Le personnel a du mal à dire bonjour et à donner une table en expliquant que c’est un buffet. Au petit déjeuner,pas d’eau chaude pour les thé et le café est tellement dilué que l’on a l’impression de boire de l’eau teintée brune.

super emplacement propre paisible, bonne insonorisation dans la chambre, arrivée autonome sans problème, personnel sympathique, places de stationnement. commodités dans la.chambre (café, thé, petit frigo, grille pain) belle vue sur le lac de la chambre ou nous étions parfait pour une fin de semaine

ce n'est pas que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'est plutôt des observations : il manquait une barre à serviette chambre petite (ça n'a eu aucun effet négatif sur.mon séjour mais c'est bien de savoir à quoi s'attendre )

Good sized room and a very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was poorly managed and rooms could do with some maintenance. Food and drinks were not topped up for guests arriving later for breakfast. No milk on display; coffee and juice was not refilled. Staff were mainly absent during breakfast, so no-one to ask for assistance.

Comfortable et personnel amical.

Aucun avertisseur de fumée dans notre chambre, déjeuner continental indisponible en raison de manque de personnel, donc nous avons reçu une petite assiette déjeuner pour nous deux. Nous avons tout de même payés plein prix pour le séjour…

Je recommande cet hôtel qui doit être génial en haute saison, lorsque tout est ouvert !

La proximité avec le lac Magog, la beauté du cadre, le calme, le fait d’avoir les clés avant 16h, une literie confortable, les petits chocolats à notre arrivée, ainsi que le petit déjeuner déposé dans notre frigo

Il n’y avait pas de chauffage/clim dans notre chambre, la qualité du petit déjeuner n’était pas top, nous aurions préféré déjeuner au bar directement mais celui ci était fermé, nous n’avons d’ailleurs vu aucun personnel lors de notre séjour (arrivée autonome)

L'emplacement est très bien surtout lorsque la belle saison d'été bat son plein.

Les chambres sont petites et dans la salle de bain il manque de ventilation donc la pièce avec chambre est très humide. Nous sommes allés à l'automne et il n'y a pas de contrôle de température dans la chambre. Les murs sont en carton donc on entend tout ce qui se passe ou se dit dans chambre avoisinantes. La nuit, il a un train qui siffle vers les 1h00 du matin. Un léger réveil brutal.

The worst hotel ever.

The bed was comfortable.

Room was super cold. No way to adjust temperature. It could get you sick. The phone number they give you is useless. No one answers you. There's no one to talk to in this hotel. Carpet in the room stunk. There was a party that night and we could hear all the noise and music through the thin walls. Breakfast was just terrible. Even the coffee was bad. We wanted to enjoy the lake view but it rain the day before and the chairs were wet. No staff to change/dry em. All in all a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Large property with 2 storeys and excellent facilities

Very large property with 2 storeys. There are 3 bedrooms on the second storey, and the living and dining area in the first storey is huge. The multiple TVs in the living rooms and the bed rooms were huge too. Washer and dryer are appreciated. This is the best property that we've stayed in our road trip in Quebec.

The location is a distance away from central Magog. There is no person at the check-in desk so we have to fumble to the property which can be confusing. One of the bedroom has an unlocked door to the hostel - security can be improved. Otherwise, once in the property, we're really enjoyed our stay.

We will not be returning to this property, nor will we be recommending it to others.

The layout of the condo was most agreeable; the view of the lake was inspiring. It was very quiet and peaceful. Every time we contacted the owner via telephone, we were greeted and our needs were attended. Despite the fact we couldn't use the patio, it was very large (outstanding) and well furnished.

It would have been nice to have someone meet us at the location, at least once during our stay. Unfortunately, after an expected snowstorm, the entrance driveway was not plowed and, as such, there was no easy access to the parking. A shower with hot water would have been nice. There was no information at all regarding the continental breakfast. There was a used towel in our bathroom. The oven needs special attention. Useful, charged batteries for the television remote would have been good. The morning after the snowstorm, the pathway from the condo to the parking lot was not shovelled.

Nice place for a reasonable price-- but service could be better

The location was close to ski hills and very scenic. The unit itself was much larger and fancier than I expected. At times we were the only guests there, and we almost never saw staff so it was very private. The breakfast was decent too. The unit had pretty much everything we needed in terms of kitchen and laundry supplies.

There weren't keys or a door code left for us when we arrived and getting ahold of staff was difficult as there is no one on-site most of the time. The water heat was also put on a pretty low limit, so showers were very chilly-- a shame because there was a beautiful claw foot bathtub I would have loved to enjoy.
