We had a great day at Brad‘s place. The house was clean, well furnished and ideally located. We did a lot of hiking nearby. Communication with Brad was excellent. He responds quickly.

We had a fantastic stay here - the host was responsive and friendly. The place looks just like the photos and is perfect for families looking to get away. We spent a ton of time in the pool. Really liked being walking distance to Desert Ridge marketplace. We’d happily stay again!

This house is very close to Desert Ridge. It’s close to everything! Very clean, the house was well stocked with all of our basic needs. Great communication with the owner. I would stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. All three rooms were well stocked and beds were comfortable. Our favorite part was the pool and lounging in the chairs. We also enjoyed being so close to Desert Ridge shopping center. So many great options for food, drinks, Entertainment. I absolutely would recommend this place and stay here again.

This home was clean and had everything we needed. Very conveniently located near lots of shops and restaurants. It was incredibly hot while we were there so we very much enjoyed using the pool in the backyard. The owner was very responsive when we had a few questions. Thank you for a great visit!

I was very pleased with the property. The manager was always available to help with the house, pool and questions about the northern Scottsdale area. Distance to Desert Ridge was certainly a plus. Great property!

The house was very clean, spacious, and well furnished. Location was wonderful for the activities we wanted to enjoy (mostly hiking).

Brad was a great host. House had everything you could need and was in a great location to walk, in about 15 minutes, to lots of restaurants. Pool was awesome. As mountain bikers, the location was great for easy access to some of the quieter or MTB focused trails too (as this was a busy period for hikers, with the holidays). Would definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic find! great location in the Desert Ridge area - all the space and amenities I could need, very clean and well appointed. The host was extremely accommodating for check in and check out times, and the process was incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

Great Location

We stayed here in early May for four nights and really like the location and the home. The pool is wonderful, the home is ranch style, there is plenty of space, and the air conditioning worked great in the spring heat :). We will stay here again.

Spent little under a week at the house. Everything was new, clean and uncluttered. Pool is a bit on the cold side but the house was immaculate and we enjoyed our stay. We will for sure book it again.

The location is close to 101 which makes getting places very convenient. The kitchenware was high quality, the pool was wonderful, and everything was clean and well maintained.

Very clean house in a great location really close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We stayed here for a soccer tournament at Reach 11. The host is very nice and attentive and responds to anything you need.

This was may first VRBO experience so I was at first a bit apprehensive exactly what the experience would be like. The trip was based around playing TPC and some other courses while there. The experience with Brads property could not had been any better he is an amazing host and the home had everything we needed. Location is perfect and honestly within 15-20 minutes of every course we played, shopping and groceries were just a few blocks away. We will be headed back in the fall to play again and this will be our go to home. Brad thanks again and see ya soon !!

Beautiful house!

The house is exactly as it is in the pictures and Brad is very responsive with questions and help. We really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment for us was the pool heat. We didn't realize it was an additional fee and unfortunately the daily fee for the heat was extremely high. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

This house was everything we needed for a long weekend stay. It was very clean and easy to access. Brad was very helpful and just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. The house is convenient to a great walking trail, Starbucks and shopping. The High street area is very close for all things fun and new. Thank you for a gray stay! See you again soon.

As advertised!

We needed a house for a long holiday weekend and this property did not disappoint. We used the pool daily, and cooked in most evenings. The kitchen is well stocked and the house has all the linens, pool gear and amenities you might need. It’s a quick jaunt to Desert Ridge shopping and eats, and the neighborhood was lovely to take evening walks through. Honestly, we could think of a thing that we needed! Thank you for the home away from home.

Beautiful home, very clean! Beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated all of the supplies provided! Pool was nice and cool for the hot summer days. I was a little worried when we didn't have the code to access the house until the morning of check in. However, Brad was extremely helpful, got us the code, and let us check in early when we arrived. We would definitely stay at this property again - great house!

We had an amazing stay at Brad's home in Dessert Ridge!! Brad was super pleasant and easy to deal with. He kept reaching out to us to see if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. The house is on a quiet, pretty and peaceful block. The home was clean and fresh and stocked with all the basic necessities that we needed for our stay! The pool was absolutely amazing- it is clean and big and totally private. The master bedroom is very nice- with large walk in closet and large bathroom which goes straight out into the backyard- that was very convenient! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely come back based on our pleasant experience!! Thank you Brad!!

Rented this property with my husband and 2 kids. We had plenty of space. The house was super clean! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Nearby is the Desert Ridge Marketplace where there are plenty of stores and restaurants. Communication with Brad was easy and he’s so quick to respond. Fair warning it is Monsoon Season so it does start to storm suddenly. We had a very small issue the first night due to the storm and Brad was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property. 10/10 !

Book this wonderful home and see what I’m talking about . It’s spotless! It’s so comfortable! The beds are dreamy ! The pool is sparking and refreshing . I’ve never been in a pool in AZ in the middle of summer that didn’t feel like bath water but this pool was delightful . We took a couple of limes off the tree in the backyard and added them to our beverages . Ahhh ! I wish we could’ve stayed forever . We’re definitely coming back here .
