BAD EXPERIENCE

WORST EXPERIENCE Checked in around 5PM on 07th January 2023 and Checkout at 9AM on 08th January 2023 1. After checked in, I asked to provide Room Heater, which was not given to me even on extra payment. How to survive in freezing cold in January month. 2. Notable to start Geyser since my entry in the room as they have close the Power Supply from outside, they started Power supply before my check out. 3. At night they informed me about the availability of breakfast items and in morning around 8:15 when I called for ordered, they says only Tea is available. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY- I was very tired with my bike journey and sleeping early around 8PM, at around 9:30 one hotel staff came and rang our door bell for asking to close Exhaust Fan. Whereas, no window was available in Bathroom and only this Exhaust Fan was available for ventilation. 5. The hotel staff awoke me from my sound sleep and disturbed me. We taken hotel for our convenience not for such silly things.

Best Budget Hotel in Jalandhar City

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Washrooms were spacious, neat & clean. Rooms were having almirah so we didn't face any issue in keeping our used clothes. Best part is they have a parking lot dedicated to their customers. I have stayed in many hotels in Jalandhar but this one was exceptionally good when it comes to service and budget.

They don't have a dedicated restaurant but that was manageable as their were good restaurants very near to the Hotel. Also, Hotel staff helped us in arranging milk for our baby.

Excellent stay in Pocket friendly budget

The place was very neat and clean. Staff was very polite and supportive. The rooms were spacious with clean and Hygienic washrooms. Hotel have a dedicated parking facility so we didn't face any issues while parking our car and it was kept safely in Hotel's parking.
