Quick overnight stay in this hotel which is located within walking distance to JR

Close proximity to Shinkansen. Good for overnight stay to catch early train

Size of room is too tiny…difficult to move within the room with 2 pax

i am happy with the value and location. be cautious if you have more than one luggage .

I like the location., very close to a metro station . 7-11 is right next door and family mark is Also close by. I like it that it’s clean and bathroom looks very new too.

i don’t like the size of the room at all. we both short and only had one carry-on and a back pack which were just barely enough to squeeze by. the layout of the bed was strange . it is on the side of the bed making watching tv very hard .

if I can choose again I will stay at the APA at Umeda station.

I can hear noises from the trains and railroads in the room. the sound insulation should be more equipped.

電車と暴走族ですごくうるさい時がよくあります。テレビの後ろにホコリがいっぱいでした。

コンパクトなシステム部屋でロケーションも良い。

駅から近く、コンビニもすぐとなり。チェックインまでの、スーツケース預かりも助かりました。部屋は狭く感じますが、手の届くところに、コンパクトに欲しいものがうまく設置されていて、過ごしやすい。

良くないところは、思い当たらないですが、タワーなので、もっと上の階層からの景色もみてみたかった。

Compact but good value for money

Chain hotel business, so it’s very reliable. Close to Shin Osaka JR station, about 5 minutes walk. Convenience stores close by. Staff is polite and helpful. They let me store luggages overnight when I stayed the night at another town (it was allowable to store luggages on the day of check in, and the day of check out). Other facilities were clean and practical.

Double room is quite small with no space for bug luggages. I recommend reserving at least Queen room for 2 travelers. Automatic check-in machine is a bit too confusing to use, I think it’s better for the staff to return to the old fashion way of checking documents.

Newly renovated and so close to the Shinkansen station. Amenities were excellent too.

My stay at APA Hotel Shin Osaka-Eki Tower was truly delightful.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! There was a wide variety of food options to choose from, and the selection was truly amazing. They offered both continental and Japanese dishes, providing a delightful culinary experience. In terms of location, it was very convenient. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk away from Shin-Osaka train station and the metro, making it easy to access and explore different parts of Osaka. Overall, I had a great experience with a delicious breakfast selection and a convenient location at APA Hotel Shin Osaka-Eki Tower.

In my opinion, everything at APA Hotel Shin Osaka-Eki Tower was really goodt, and I couldn't find any areas that needed improvement. The staff members were extremely helpful and polite, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I have no complaints or issues to mention as my experience was overall outstanding.

impossible to sleep in this hotel. feels like the metro is in your room from 5:30-24:00

the staff is very friendly and it’s very close to shin Osaka station for trips.
