We had a fabulous stay. All the comforts of home.

Amenities were great. Stocked kitchen and showers. Comfortable and cozy.

Nothing to complain about. Beds in smaller rooms were soft but not bad if you prefer the softer bed.

Renter beware… pet fee undisclosed and no cancellation.

The property is clean and fit what we needed for the weekend. The massage chair was very nice.

The beds are not comfortable and are not queen sized as advertised.. They were full sized and are not supportive for your back. The worst part of this stay was the property management Evolve. There was no transparency with the extra pet fee, how much it was and limitation on the pet’s weight allowed until after you’ve booked already and by that time there is no way to cancel since you will loose your deposit… So you’re forced to go with the booking. This really left me a bad taste in my mouth with booking anything this property management owns.

really happy to stay yhis property.

quick response from management,friendly and exceptionally clean property. we left the earrings at the location but the office sent to my house next day. we have been traveling but almost never received items back from property. Our whole group were really unexpected but pleased this trip. thank you.

Very enjoyable and the host was very nice and helpful. All the linens you could possibly want.

Convenient layout of the house and the convenience of a water cooler and plenty of coffee. Many homey extras like linens and spices and toiletries. A TV in every room!

Tv had lots of options like Prime and Netflix but did not have a local channel access.

Best Rental I've Stay At By Far!

I've rented many vacation homes and this was one of the very best! The biggest like was that this house had a TV set in all 3 bedrooms and 1 in the family room, all with streaming channels. This is very rare and much appreciated. The master bedroom even had a brand new adjustable bed. It was very clean and well stocked. It had all the kitchen amenities including coffee pods for the Keurig. There was plenty of hand and shower soap. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Everyone had a good night's sleep. It was so close to Laughlin and all the casinos too. We were there in late June and the air conditioning in the house worked fabulously! I would absolutely stay here again.

The pillows were a little flat so I mentioned this to the contact person, Richard and he responded right away and they are planning to replace the pillows and leave some extras! This just further shows how caring the manager and owners are about making their home, your home.
