Hotel provided what we needed. A room for night very close to ferry terminal

No breakfast included. Location very near ferry to Pou Quco. No need to get taxi to ferry port. Room new and ok, very very small.

Lot of building going on around hotel.

Not convenient stay

Room view, comfortable bed, fridge in The room.

There were geckos in The room. The construction was not done well. There are gaps between door and The floor and animals can easily get inside. It can be scary. Receptionist do not speak english at all. No soap in the room.

Really angry

A new hotel, near the ferry

Not sure why the male receptionist refused my check-in by making excuse of no rooms available while I did reserve via Booking.com before. Discrimination? Or hating? Or some other reasons? Why didn't they call me in advance to inform me all rooms are full, I would gladly accept their apology? No, they didn't, and I had to spend a far distance from bus terminal to the hotel which is located in a far area where there's no Grab service available yet. I was just so angry !!

Pleasant

This was a budget cost hotel so we didn't expect too much. It offered a great location for the ferry terminal to Phu Quoc.

Room was fine for one night although noisy due to very thin glass windows and a bell on the reception door which went off every time someone entered or left the building.
