The extensive Boulder Bike Path and RTD bus routes are out your front door, and lovely walking paths and a nature reserve micro lake just outside your back door. BIKE or bus down the street to all of the trendy restaurants, pubs, coffee houses, shops, Boulder Outdoor Cinema, Farmer's Market, and FUN Pearl St. Mall fun! Great shopping, yoga studio, gyms, and restaurants, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the classy 29th St. Mall, all within blocks. This is the BEST of Boulder Living!
Both WOOFS and MEOWS ARE negotiable here. Must be well-trained and spayed/neutered. Please add $100. per pet, per month.
We rent approx. 75% of our properties sight-unseen to our out of town guests, and make the leasing process simple, all easily be done by scan and e-mail. You will have access to all of the goodies offered within the townhouse, as well as full use of all amenities on the beautiful grounds...and the beauty of the Lush Grounds and Open Space and Lake, just steps from your back door!
Other things to note
There are stairs in this the condo, so if there are mobility issues, this is something to consider.
There is a $10. per night, per pet charge for any pet. All pets must be approved prior to booking. Must be spayed or neutered, completely housebroken from barking, chewing, or scratching, and fully potty trained. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friends! :)
