Made our honeymoon

We came here for our honeymoon it was lovely the gentleman in the restaurant was very attentive.

Maybe sunlounger for the beautiful weather rather then sitting in a chair all day

Nice hotel for a short break

Nice clean room. Fridge in the room was really useful. Being able to choose pillow types was good. Fresh bottle of water every day. Very friendly staff.

Ice bucket but no idea where to get ice from. The range on the buffet breakfast could be improved. A little bit too much furniture in the room.

I'm glad I picked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary weekend. Definitely will return in the fut

The room was very clean and tidy. We was also upgraded which was lovely. Nice welcome. When we entered the bedroom was petals on the bed and chocolate. It was our 28th wedding anniversary and the view was lovely looking out to the garden. Lovely weekend and lovely weather. Stuff was great!.

The next room to us was very noisy , kept us awake but the staff dealt with it efficiently and there was no issue on the 2nd night of our stay. So we slept very well, well appreciated. I just got it

Great value hotel in Bromley. Beautiful garden

Room was compact but we chose cosy double so was actually better than expected. Comfortable bed and recently refurnished

Even though we got to breakfast at 8.45, they had run out of croissants. We asked for some and were told 10 minutes, but they did not arrive, and when we asked again were told sorry there weren't any

Very pleasant - as I have always known BCH to be over long years - and I travel a lot

)vr last 30years I have stayed in the BCtHotel - it is always satisfactory - been a while between last 'stay' and mine on lst May I find the bathrooms so so so small in this part of the hotel (room 202) Shower unit good - but the total bath room size is small ! Staff are usually profssional and helpful ! This tim I did not eat in the hotel for dinner or breakfast - feel the cost could be a bit more competitve !

Se comment above ref the bathroom being far too small -and I do need a proper shower cabinet due to a 'mobility issue' but th overal size of this bathroom leaves a lot of difficulties

Always welcoming and accommodating

Stayed here for 5 London marathons now and they accommodate the runners so well

No bath in the room 😂 that’s only a nice to have after a run

Beautiful garden

The garden is gorgeous and the neighborhood is very quiet, perfect to have morning stroll. The breakfast service was also good. Every staffs I met was very nice and willing to help.

The hotel is old(historic), so room itself felt bit outdated. But it was clean and relatively well maintained.

The hotel was conveniently located with free onsite parking which was the main reason for booking this hotel. It’s nice to stay in an independent hotel rather than a chain. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great value & lots to choose from. Nice to have some green outside space.

Inside the hotel is a bit of a maze, with lots of split levels & steps, this could be an issue if you have mobility problems. There seemed to be only one lift which the staff use with their laundry trolleys, so when you’re trying to leave with your bags to checkout you can find you need to wait a while for the lift to be available. The cocktails were not good, they would be better off not offering any but stick to wine & beer.

Location good, room very nice, big and comfortable, needed help to turn towel rail heater on which was fine, staff very helpful and friendly.

Only thing I would say dinner in the garden restaurant was disappointing, I felt it was brake brothers food and the salad that came with my fish was two pieces of lettuce, wine was good but very pricey and the pudding was delicious

The food at the restaurant was fantastic.

The bed was uncomfortable and I couldn't get the room to cool down, it was like an oven. Also there was a conference on and I could hear it going on till the early hours. Not a great nights sleep.
