Our family scattered on the west and east side of the state met at central a wonderful central location of Leavenworth. The appropriately named "The Perfect Place" is just what our family needed. With 3 couples the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths was just what we needed. Located on the west side of town, The Perfect Place put the entire town within walking distance. The condo was clean, bright and well appointed with everything our family needed for a great birthday vacation! Renee is a great owner and addressed all our needs!

Lovely property in a nice setting, clean and just as advertised. We were able to reach out to the owner when we found a remote missing and they got another to us immediately. Later found it in a corner closet with a glass that got missed by the cleaning crew.

I loved how they had all the utensils and pots and pans you need. The family also had fun with all the games. Some VRBOS don't have mini shampoo, conditioner and soaps for visitors but they did. Great time!! The family walked to the Adventure Park😁

We really enjoyed staying here! It was in a great location, and it had everything you might need, even a fan for every room and a hairdryer. The beds were super comfortable which was a pleasant surprise for my family and I. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location for our family (4 adults and 3 children). The Alpine Coaster was a short walking distance and downtown Leavenworth was close by (easy for us to walk to and not have to find parking). Very well stocked kitchen; I especially appreciated a working ice maker and BBQ! There is a shared yard behind the condo where our grandkids enjoyed playing catch and climbing rocks. Plenty of room for us to spread out, the entire complex was pretty quiet. It did get fairly warm in the bedrooms, thankfully the owners has several fans for us to use.

We loved our time here at this location for our anniversary. Renee the owner allowed us to bring our dogs and it made this trip very special. It was the first time our dogs came with us to Leavenworth and they enjoyed playing around in the snow and going downtown with us. This unit is quiet, no road noise or from adjoining units. And with the heavy snow we experienced we appreciated the carport as well. Thanks again for the excellent communication and great memories.

The condo was really nice and close to everything. The only complaint which I know the owner and property manager had no control over was that the condo and some of the bath towels had a very strong smell of marijuana. I personally can't stand that smell. Other people may not mind it.

The Perfect Place was just as described! The location is the best feature, very close to front street and the alpine coaster.

My son and I met up with my sister from KS and her grandchildren and her friend at this quiet, spacious apartment in Leavenworth. We enjoyed playing games, shopping downtown, eating at Gustav's, and relaxing. This place was exactly what was portrayed online. It fit all of us to a tee. Thanks again for letting us stay, Renee!

I have an annual get away with my grand daughter. This year we decided Leavenworth was our destination. It was the perfect place to stay. Just a short walk to town we shopped, ate, swam, played putt putt, hiked and enjoyed the condo playing board games, puzzles(missing a few pieces), and watching movies.We had a few meals in and the kitchen is very well stocked. It felt like home. We would definitely come back.

Nice location. Easy walk to downtown. Roomy for six adults. TV in every room that we didn't use. A short walk from parking to the front door. I would stay here again.

Had everything we needed for 3 teens, 2 adults and a dog. Plenty of room, super cozy and warm. We cooked a few meals here, and drove into town for the rest. Condo is about .9 miles from town, 15 min walk, which gives it privacy but easy access to amenities. There is a partially fenced acre in the trees we took our dog to for ball chasing and potty breaks. This area faces the river and golf course too, so lovely spot to drink morning coffee and take in the view. Condo has lots of blankets and pillows, plenty of towels and dishes, and full pot and pan set. Large fridge and freezer, washer and dryer, and a bath/shower combo in one bathroom. Suggestion: if you are skiing or have a lot of outdoor equipment, bring a bin or two to keep things outside easily. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We stay in 4-5 rental places a year for work and fun, and will definitely come back here next season!

This place was really comfortable and inviting. We stayed here with our two kids under 5 and appreciated the spacious living area and simply furnished bedrooms. Everything was clean, nicely organized and parking was easy in the assigned covered space or nearby open spaces. We didn't cook while we were here, but the kitchen was very well appointed. Check in/out was really straightforward and the host was incredibly kind and responsive to my queries. Great place for families.

We had an amazing experience staying here and can't wait to come back. The apartment had room for our large family of 7 and accommodations for our dog. The host was extremely helpful, quick to respond to messages, and amazing to work with. We will definitely be coming back.

This property was in a great location just a few minutes from town. It was a little confusing to find but once we were there it was great. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was a great size for the kids to play nice big table for all of us. Loved the tvs in each room. Bbq was great. Next time I would bring some steak knifes a lot of them were broken or looked a little scratchy to use. But we would definitely rent this condo again! It was great!!
