La piscine n’était pas chauffée, travaux dans le bâtiment d’en face, manque de solutions de restauration à proximité, cabine de douche dans la chambre (manque d’intimité)

L emplacement de l'hôtel. Le personnel super sympathique et professionnel. La chambre très bien équipée et propre. Breakfast très bien. Et les formules de spa massages abordable aux niveaux tarifs.

Certains prises secteur ne fonctionne pas. Près du lit ce qui est embêtant pour charger son smartphone.

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et super professionnel avec de la bienveillance. Ce genre d’accueil avec un lieu calme, propre, confortable est un super combo

Très bien mais le réseau Wifi à régler.

Confort ! bon rapport qualité/prix.

Le réseau Wifi est instable. Inacceptable dans un hôtel de 4 étoiles au centre de la capitale.

Nos sorprendio muy bien ubicado y conetado .las instalaciones sin casi nuevas y esta muy limpio...desayuno bufet muy rico...lo recomiendo le doy un 10.

Superb

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. In particular, Soufiane at the reception helped us a lot with recommendations on things to visit in Rabat, gave great restaurant suggestions and in general was very helpful. Another plus - great breakfast!

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Also, the location was great for a business trip- next to starbucks and not far from the main highway.

The WiFi was very poor, it worked only at the lobby and not in my room. Breakfast - it was just ok, not more than that. I think they need to add more types of bread and salads. Restaurant - very expensive, and the food is again, just ok. Better go out and eat at a local restaurant on the street.

room smelled like cigarettes when air conditioner is turned on. bed too short for tall people. bathroom sink & toilet was filthy and broken & when told to staff, staff got snobby

A nice and modern, centrally-located hotel in Rabat

This is a nice and modern hotel, with nicely furnished rooms. We found the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms had a good size. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful - they helped change our rooms to the quiet side of the building, which I warmly recommend to any of my fellow-travellers to ask for in the booking process. The breakfast was simple but fine. The hotel also has a spa area with a pool; we would have welcomed a bit warmer temperature of the pool water. What we really appreciated was the central location and the proximity to a lot of restaurants and shops.

If we could express a wish, it would be that the pool water is a bit more heated.

Room design

Bad experience, no one is organized, I pay extension, and the morning after they say I didn't pay, they try to get more money that they needed. Rooms are nice , first nights stay in noisy road than they switched and there was a bad smell. Not coming back
