About this villa rental
Featured on HGTV's Bahamas Life Boujee Beach Villa is a 1250 square foot 2 bedroom 2 full bath oceanfront villa overlooking beautiful Elizabeth's Harbour. Fully Remodeled March 2021. It sleeps up to 8 people comfortably with 1 King size bed in Master, 2 Queen size beds in Second Bedroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. It also includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, front porch and more! You walk out the front door and you are on the beach in just seconds! It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
The villa is only 7 minutes from the airport. I have an 8 seater van that you can rent also for your stay!
There are 3 grocery stores close by and a restaurant and bar called Splash that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner inside the resort that the villa is in. There is a pool, paddle boards, kayaks,, a game area with a pool table, arcade games, gym and more! You don't even have to leave the resort area if you don't want to. We spent 8 nights at April's Boujee Beach Villa. The villa was right on the ocean and the views were pristine!! The photos and description of the villa listed are accurate.
April was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about everything in Exuma. About mid trip, April reached out to us just to make sure we were having a great vacation.
April's assistant on the island was Janetta. Janetta showed us to the villa and helped us get situated. About mid-week, Janetta checked in on us. We enjoyed talking with her as she grew up in Exuma and is a very sweet person.
In addition to a beautiful villa and great communication, April offers her vehicle to rent. We rented her vehicle, and we could not have been happier. She took a photo of where the vehicle was located in the small airport parking lot. We quickly found the vehicle and off we went. The true value to this is we didn't have to wait in line for a rental car with an airplane full of other customers!!

My wife and I have been wanting to go to Exuma for quite a while, and we finally went!!! We had done a lot of research, and ended up choosing Hideaways at Palm Bay for our location. We selected Villa #33 also known as Boujee Beach Villa. April, the owner, was fantastic at communicating all of the information regarding the island. She gave us tips on places to eat, things to explore, and excursions to do. We had such a great time!!! Just got home, and already can't wait to go back!!!

Overall a great location and property. April was helpful and friendly throughout the process. I don’t have a negative thing to say. We have been to Exuma many times and have stayed at a lot of different properties and this is a location we will stay again.

Beautiful location and a great way to relax with friends or family. April was great to work with and everyone at The Hideaways was very pleasant. Plenty of things to do if you like to stay active. We would definitely go back.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything a family needs. We were able to pack our days full of memories without worry of the finer details. From the fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare family meals down to the beach amenities. We were ever grateful for the extras such as the sunblock, soaps, etc that we hadn't planned enough for. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

April's villa is better than can be described or photographed. The communication with her, Jacinda, and the resort staff was prompt and helpful. The rental van was convenient and clean. We hope that we can visit in the future and enjoy a longer stay!

We had a great time. This was our first visit and April was very helpful and informative. The whole process was very easy. We were t aware that the on site restaurant/bar was closed for renovations which is as a bummer with little kids, but we had other options. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely LOVED staying at “Boujee Beach Villa!” It was our first time to visit Exuma and it was amazing! Perfect way to start summer with my husband and kids! April was fabulous and extremely helpful and very engaged. The Villa was perfect and sweet Janetta and Wade were precious and made sure we had everything we needed. My family will definitely be back soon!

What a beautiful island and location! The cottage was wonderful and well kempt. Cindy the property rep. was a joy to work with, as was Janetta and Wade the property host. Jolly Hall beach was a five minute walk and was jaw dropping in it’s beauty. The waters of Exuma have no comparison. Most restaurants are comparatively slow to the U. S. but everyone is on island time, so just relax and enjoy. Lots of Kalik beer to go around.
The cottage was perfect for us and met every need! Make sure to ask April about car rental as she has connections! Thx April for sharing your family’s treasure in Exuma with us.

The stay at Hideaways was just perfect. We were first time visitors to Exuma and found this rental and location to be the place to stay for first timers. The host of the property will help you with details and Hideaways has plenty of amenities. There is a nice restaurant and a reef in front for snorkeling. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Hideaways resort was very convenient - close to Georgetown and nice having onsite restaurant, pool, kayaks. April's villa is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We never got tired of sitting on the patio with that view. All of the beds are very comfortable (and I am picky about mattresses). We had some friends stay in villas up the hill and their units were hardly stocked with pots and utensils. Boujee Beach Villa was very well stocked for any cooking you might want to do. It was great having the little extras like hand soap, dish soap, salt and pepper, and coffee filters. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and slow, but it was nice to unplug for a bit. We want to come back to Exuma and will definitely book this unit again!

Villa was Cute and comfortable! You can never tire of the view! Great spot to rest your head after beach hopping & exploring this quaint island! Centrally located to the grocery, good restaurants, the dock, the airport etc….Really enjoyed our stay!

AMAZING! The photos definitely do not do this villa justice. The villa is in a small resort, and guests have access to all resort amenities: pool, kayaks, SUP’s, paddle boats, Splash restaurant (great food!)
We rented a vehicle directly from April and it was ready at the airport with the keys inside. April sent us an email with LOTS of helpful info and suggestions on groceries, things to do and see, restaurants, etc. she checked on us several times via text during the week, and was prompt to answer any questions we had. You will LOVE Boujee Beach Villa!

We could not have asked for a more memorable experience than what we had in Exuma and at Boujee Beach Villa. April was a fantastic host and the villa was everything that was promised and more. We are on the plane home and are already trying to figure out when we can go back. Would HIGHLY recommend this location and Villa to all😊

Communication with the property manager was exceptional. She had helpful suggestions on activities. The location was great and centrally located close enough to George Town for driving or the resort shuttle. The location was close to Hooper Bay to feed the turtles. No complaints.

Property was as described. Excuma is just so beautiful, not sure the pictures do it justice. April was great to work w and super responsive. She provides great guidance on what to do and who to contact. We had an amazing trip!

The Perfect Vacation Spot!
The Boujee Beach Villa was the perfect spot for my family to relax and enjoy the Exuma lifestyle. The villa was super clean, very comfortable and had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. The villa location is perfect for driving to Tropic of Cancer beach, Georgetown, Coco Plum beach, or taking a morning walk to Jolly Hall beach. Hideaways amenities were an added bonus (paddle boarding, kayaking and pool) and Splash restaurant is one of the Best on the Island.
April was so helpful in providing tips about excursions, grocery stores, restaurants and just general info about the island. The villa provided a comfortable safe retreat after long days exploring the island. My family would highly recommend staying at Boujee Beach Villa and we will be returning soon.

We had a wonderful time at the villa! Location is fantastic and April was very responsive. We had a few extra questions with Covid protocol and she made it easy. The place was clean and everyone we saw were so friendly. Sad we are leaving and will be back!

Blessed to have found Boujee Beach Villa!
Our family of 4 had the perfect vacation at this 2 bedroom villa. The layout of the resort gives every unit a very private feel but you are just steps away from the ocean and everything that you need. Splash bar and grill is a very short walk and serves great food all day. Onsite there’s a saltwater pool, games, kayaks and paddle boards for rent. We snorkeled every day right in front of the villa. We saw turtles, stingray, tons of colorful fish and even Conch. We highly recommended eating at Rusty Anchor & BLU for dinner and Driftwood for breakfast or lunch.
A MUST is the full day Exuma Cays boat trip with Robert’s Island Adventure. You will swim with the pigs & sharks, visit the Iguanas & The Grotto and enjoy a breathtaking stop at a sandbar. Make sure to pack snacks because the lunch stop is late in the trip.
April and the property manager were great to work with and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful bungalow in Exuma. The ocean was outside of our door. The house was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. There is a nice pool and restaurant in the Hideaways resort. We will be back!

Best trip EVER!!!
We were there with friends and family for a week. The water is beautiful.This was the perfect spot and also our Villa was amazing. Very accommodating and comfortable. April was also a fantastic host and are we are already planning our next trip. Did not want to leave to fly out.

Property is in a great location where you can walk to local restaurants at The Fish Fry or short drive to Georgetown. Beach access steps from front door making it perfect for water activities! Villa was in wonderful condition as well, no complaints. Would rent again.
