Situated in the City Heights neighborhood this luxurious, property offers a total of 5 bedrooms (4 standard bedrooms, and 1 bunk room) and 4 full bathrooms for you and your group to stretch out and enjoy. The home is very stylish and decorated with modern furniture, unique local artwork, hardwood floors, and boast a huge rooftop with beautiful panoramic city views from the private rooftop decks. The development has gas grills and a fire pit.

$5 Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, the Ryman, the Gulch, Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium. Walk to West End, Parthenon, Vanderbilt.

A prime location with easy access to major highways; you're a hop, skip, and jump from area attractions including museums, live music, and local restaurants. The location is walking distance to some of the best spots in Nashville and only a short Uber ride to Broadway. Close to the Ryman, Music City Music Works, Top-Golf, The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, 12th South and a short Uber/Lyft ride to just about anywhere in Nashville.

We had a great time. Nice area. Condo was perfect no major issues. 10min Uber ride to Broadway. Roof top is a beautiful as the pics. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend

Very nice property, $5.00 taxi to downtown, neighborhood a little shady, two stall garage (truck would not fit), rooftop deck very nice and great city view.

Pictures and descriptions on line were exactly what we found when we arrived. Nice appliances and comfy beds. Rooftop Is nice. You will definitely get to know your neighbors if their out. Downtown was a $9 Uber ride. Parking on the street was never a problem. Very nice.

Perfect townhouse with luxury boho vibes. The home fit our large group of 10 plus. Not alot of seated dining / gaming space but who comes to Nashville to stay in?

This was our first visit to Nashville. The property was great for our family and it was located close to downtown and areas of interest.

I visited with 5 adult couples for a early birthday trip. We enjoyed each couple having privacy of their own bedroom with a door. Space was extremely clean and spacious. Garage fit two minivans without a problem which was much better than street parking. Uber rides were short and affordable to the downtown area. Only con was not much was walkable. Would recommend this property!

Fun and the view is awesome day and night!!! Roof top great for morning coffee, night time great place to have a few drinks and just relax, before heading downtown Nashville. I’d rent it again.

Great location

I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this property was very clean, which I appreciated. Also, from a location perspective, we could not have asked for anything better. It was within 3 miles of everywhere we wanted to be in Nashville. That said, there were some comforts of home that were overlooked. For instance there were no boxes of tissue in the entire home (we bought our own), the kitchen was not equipped with dish cloths or dish towels, most of the TV remotes did not contain batteries and the ceiling fans either did not work or only worked with the light on so you could not use them while sleeping. I rent properties while I travel at least twice/year and overall I would recommend this property but would like to see a little more attention to detail.

Amazing house. New house with large beautiful rooms. Pretty close to what ever you need and easy ride to downtown. All of my family would stay there again. The rooftop has a great view.
