Une expérience passable.

La propreté et la qualité du petit déjeuner servi

L’aménagement à l’intérieur de la chambre. Le divan et le lit sont trop serré difficile de passer entre les deux sans se faire mal à la jambe. La salle de bain l’espace de baignoire est trop petit ce qui fait des débordement d’eau. Il est difficile aussi d’ajuster le débit d’eau Aussi par rapport à l’emplacement de la chambre. Ce n’est pas pratique surtout avec une famille. La distance entre l’entrée de l’hôtel et la chambre. Il faut prendre 2 ascenseurs et marcher 200m pour se rendre. Le stationnement est loin aussi. Et il n’y a aucune indication qui montre le petit passage entre le parking extérieur et le hall de l’hôtel. Conclusion cet hôtel doit être repensé au niveau de sa commodité et son aménagement pour qu’il soit plus pratique.

Great family break.

great for young families. really well situated and staff were always very friendly and welcoming

A really minor thing but lifts could do with an update but I would imagine would be huge convenience and cost implications so really is a very VERY minor detail.

Staff at the restaurant was ok. Maintenance staff very helpful. Staff at the reception desk also was fine.

The smell in the corridors was so bad I reported it,but they didn't do much about it. Loud music near the pool area Lack of shade near the pool Not much to do for children except the pool Rooms are just old, renovated very long time ago Bathroom wasn't perfectly clean The window in bathroom was useless and some weird cables were visible Underground car park is expensive Street parking is quite far Lack of many options for vegans and vegetarians, except the soya milk Very fat food most of the time Coffee even from dedicated proper coffee machine wasn't brewed perfectly.

at all, that is the really good hotel for people 50+ age but for me, as a teenager it was not so comfortable there

It was really great and professional personal, food, cleaning, rooms.

Exceptional

Everything. The room was big and clean, the all inclusive was great, food and beverage all the time. The staff are polite and the animators are amazing young guys. There is a mini club for little ones and every evening a mini disco followed by adult performance. Also there is a free transfer from the hotel to the town centre and beach if you want to spend time outside of the hotel.

It looks like they want to build a kids playground and there was a construction area, but they follow all health and safety measures and there is no access to it.

cheap and cheerful, the clients seemed to be mainly the retired, should provide bottled water to rooms for all inclusive

the rooms were spacious and clean

the childrens park was under construction, the food gave me food poisoning during my duration and the pools need maintenance. An all inclusive don’t provide water in the room or provide bottles for the room, we were advised we had to buy it at the local shop?

been here quite a few times over the years haven’t been before Covid , come back still as beautiful as ever, same staff that knew my daughter straight away, any issues or questions etc.. Imed always there to help! if you haven’t been , go

A greet place to come and an relax and chill by yourself or with family

I liked how welcoming the staff were and the breakfast in the morning. I loved the pool and all the additional activities. The shuttle bus into town was so handy!

The WiFi wasn’t great in the hotel and wish the pool was open longer

Staff was really kind and helpful. Room were always cleaned perfectly. There were also gluten free options for meals.

Pleasant

The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was in a good location to both get to the train station and the beach as well.

Our room was dirty, there were flies all over the bathroom and hairs in the drain of the shower. The room we were given was a disability room and so the shower was only a detachable head so had to be held when having a shower. The breakfast was ok but the lunch and dinner service was not nice at all.

Great value, cheerful and cheap, child friendly

Staff very friendly and helpful, room spacious and comfortable

Food quality acceptable but not outstanding - although due to eating too late on my one night stay with my kids I didn’t queue for the fresh fish which looked delicious Some of the decor getting old - doesn’t bother me but makes it look a little shabby

Great staff, good location, ventilation system not in shape

The staff was professional and answered all our requests, making our stay worth the choice of this place. The location is perfect for those who want to be near the airport. In the neighborhood there are good restaurants. The building needs to be reformed, but it was very clean. Beautiful views!

The only problem we had during our staying (for my family not a little one) is that the air system transfered to our family room the smell of cigarette's smoke from some other places, eventually inside the building. We checked carefully if the smell came from the balcony, but no. So, the result is that we had to sleep smelling smoke all the night.

Very expensive, bad service, repeated shows do no visit

Entertainment on first night excellent as was an outside singer

the the rest of week was entertainment staff and the shows were just basically repeated every night but just wearing different outfits and entertainment finishes early at night time. Also entertainment team repeat the same activities everyday in the week and was not very enjoyable and it cost alit of money to go all inclusive . Location was in middle of now where best to stay in benalmadena where everything is within minutes. The receptionist on day of check out think her name was Karen was really rude and she needs to have more customer service training. I have been working in this industry for nearly 20 years and that was the worst and I've seen people being sacked. Breakfast was awful to, had it on first morning but never again. Would like most of the money returned
