About this house rental

Our home is bright, clean, and welcoming, with beautiful wood floors and inviting decor.

This property can comfortably sleep 8; it has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as a large finished basement with two twin beds and TV, which can be used as an additional bedroom. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room that can sleep 2.

The first floor includes a large living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen if you wish to cook (including pots and pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, etc). There is a large deck with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or BBQ; there is a patio in the yard with seating for 6 people.

You are steps from multiple bus routes into Town, to 'Sconset, and to the beach. There is parking for 1 vehicle (additional parking may be available). The home is located about 1 mile from several shops and markets (including Stop & Shop). There is also a small market/cafe right down the street (about a 3 minute walk).

We welcome families with cats and dogs, but we generally enforce a limit of 2 animals. We will charge an additional cleaning fee of $150 per stay.

For families with small children: the house comes equipped with a high chair, Pack ‘n Play and beach wagon.

*We have a car at the house that is available to rent for an additional fee, as we know bringing a car on the island can be difficult. Please let us know if you’re interested and we can provide additional details.

This was a perfect rental for our family, including our 1-year-old. The house was equipped with a pack and play and a high chair which were so helpful! Everything else was great, too, and exactly as described/pictured. We had also verified availability prior to booking and the owner was very prompt with responding, which is always super appreciated! We totally recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again!

We travelled to Nantucket for the week and stayed at this fantastic house with two families, the 3 rooms was perfect for our adults to have space and this kids to have a sleepover - the pull out came in handy as well. We enjoyed drinks on the patio and games in the front yard while prepping for each beach day. Highly recommend this stay for families and individuals alike. Kitchen had everything you could need within reach and beach chairs and boogie boards. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental! The home was beautifully maintained and offered everything we needed for a relaxing week. The kitchen was especially impressive—well-stocked with utensils and appliances, and the Alexa was a fantastic addition, allowing us to enjoy music while cooking. Overall, it was a perfect retreat, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Very nice home. Close to the bike trail entrance. Close to the market, yet far enough away from downtown. Great communication from the owner. Would stay here again. We had a very nice relaxing time here.

We went with our kids and their kids for our annual Nantucket vacation. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Clean, modern, quiet, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed and then some! The owner was friendly, flexible and immediately available to answer any questions we had. . Highly recommend!

Overall my friends and I had a great experience at the home. Host was super responsive. When I had flight issues coming home, the host was great about extending an extra night. Highly recommend renting the car. It was really useful to have.

The house was very clean and had everything you could need - great Internet, spacious rooms and bathrooms, two outdoor spaces, and a sizable kitchen and living room. The place is close to a grocery store and close to town and various beaches. Perhaps the best part is that it comes with the option to rent a car at a very reasonable price compared to what it would take to rent or transport a car to the island. Would definitely book again!

We had very good time while staying in Nantucket. The house was clean and had everything what we needed. Amanda was responsive and gave us a very usefull information about restaurants and beaches. We rented a car from them which we mostly used go to shop grocceries or to restaurans. The house located near airopot and it did not bother us. The house feels bigger than it shows on the pictures (inside). We rented bikes and it took us 25 min go to Steps Beach and 20 to Surf Side beach. Overrall, WE HAD A GREAT TIME!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Amanda's home in Nantucket. The house was clean and comfortable and looked exactly like the VRBO pictures. The mid-island location was convenient for exploring all of Nantucket. We hope to come back soon!

My husband and I just spent 6 nights at Amanda’s property and had the best time! The house is in a great location, not too far from downtown and beaches. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, the living and bedrooms are very comfortable, and there is a wonderful outdoor seating area. We can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay at Amanda’s again.

Our family of four stayed (2 adults and 2 children under 2). The house had everything we needed for our toddler to sleep which allowed us to pack a little lighter. We barely used all of the rooms even when our baby sitter arrived a few days into our stay. The outdoor space was quiet and equipped with everything needed to relax. The street itself was relatively quiet aside from some construction a few houses down. I would recommend this rental to friends and family for a trip to Nantucket

The townhouse is new, nicely decorated and clean. The owner is extremely responsive and very helpful. The property is located near the airport off of a fairly busy street. The rental price is reasonable for Nantucket presumably because of the location. Overall we would recommend the rental.

My family and I had a fabulous time at this well equipped, charming Nantucket home. The house was perfectly clean and decorated with wonderful finishing touches. The bed linens were super cozy and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding. The house seemed very new to me and well taken care of. The outside furniture was great and we were able to comfortably enjoy our wine outside before going out to dinner. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler for us to use. The added extra space in the basement was great. It was furnished adorably. There isn’t much of a neighborhood to walk around in but it was very quiet and a short drive to town and beaches. We will definitely come back again!

We loved our stay at Amanda's. It's exactly as listed and looks just like it does in the pictures. Updated, clean and super cute decor. I especially appreciated that it's dog friendly, and flexible on dates. The location is good, though not right in town, so you'll need a car or be reliant on Ubers. Tons of traffic but it's August so to be expected. The only negative was bc it's so close to the airport you can hear pines from the master BR. Overall we loved it and would def go back!

Amanda’s home is perfect for a getaway on Nantucket. The house is decorated beautifully, and has a great space for groups in the dining room and living room. The outside area is great for grilling and enjoying the beautiful backyard. The house has everything you could need to enjoy the beaches, including beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler. The location is also very convenient for getting to beaches and to town. Will hope to visit again next summer and would highly recommend!

Perfect week. House was incredibly clean and lots of space. Large yard with deck, grill and yard furniture. Was nice being away from the bustle of town. Convenient to rent a car from airport. Very centrally located to everything. Gave us the opportunity to explore places we have not yet been to. I highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was great - a short drive to downtown as well as close access to bike trails. The house was well appointed with a stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and cozy linens. The best part was being about to bring our dachshund! We would definitely love to stay again.
