This condo has a great location just steps from the OC boardwalk. The building is in good repair and has a nice roof-top pool. The parking garage is very good. Communication with the owner/manager is great. Immediate responses and very polite. The condo itself, while charmingly beachy, needs some updating. Specifically, the carpeted areas are worn and have stains that are very off-putting. Some of the furniture is overly worn and should be replaced. The linens, both bed and bath, ought to be replaced. Also, fresh sheets should be used. We had to wash them due to their scent and the fact that they made my husband itch. With these improvements, the condo would be great.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The management is awesome. The property is well stocked and beautiful with great views., The little sign when we first entered the property made our day !! can’t wait to stay there again!!!

This home was perfect! Clean, spacious, well stocked. our family consisted of a 3-year-old, 10-year-old, 15-year-old and 17-year-old (plus us parents) and we all had a blast! I cooked many meals at the condo and it was well equipped. The communication was amazing! Can’t wait to come back again!

The condo is very close to the beach. The balcony is lovely any time of day for breakfast in the morning or gathering in the evening.
We were very close to the pool, sauna and exercise room. The unit is spacious and can definitely accommodate 10 people. We had 7. Rooms are spacious.

The location and the instructions were amazing and it had everything we needed for the weekend to include cooking and dining articles. The place does need a good thorough cleaning as the furniture and carpets were dirty/stained hence the 4 star rating. Would stay there again and plan doing so.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Our place was exactly like the pictures showed online. It was decorated very beautiful and beachy. Most importantly it was very clean and communication with the host went smoothly. We will definitely return.

Summer family vacation
The condo was huge and accommodated our large family perfectly. The location was great for small kids.. close to the boardwalk & rides. The balcony was gigantic and the kids loved it!
The condo was not as clean as I had expected with such a large cleaning fee. The floors were so dirty that we couldn’t walk in the condo without shoes/socks on.
There were tvs in every room but did not work. The towels & linens were scattered throughout the condo closets and did not seem clean. Many of the lights did not work throughout the condo. And lastly, they were testing the fire alarms for 2 days .. so all day every 3 minutes the alarm would go off. Not ideal with a rainy day and prime summer vacation time.
Overall, the place was ok. We did not think it was worth the total cost and wouldn’t go back.

Beautiful beach condo
Gorgeous condo in an amazing area! The parking was easy and super accessible and the rooms were spacious. Amazing master bath and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would say for future guests is that the pull out bed was really thin. You could sleep on the couch instead (which was really comfy) The pull out might work for a small child, but we ended up using an air mattress instead. I would book again though, it was overall fantastic.

Our group enjoyed the accommodations. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, such as clean bed linen and towels. Bob was very quick to respond, communicating before, during and after our stay. He was committed to ensuring a great weekend, which definitely happened. Thank you! We will be staying there again.
