This wonderful property has all new appliances. A beautiful patio underneath authentic grape vines from Italy. Open living space with internet is provided. One on grounds parking space with public parking across the street. A grill next to the patio if you desire to cookout. Great experience staying at the Ruthe Anderson cottage! Kyle was very nice and accommodating. The place was exactly as described and great for our 1 and 3 year old. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house. Location is a 10/10. Everything is walking distance from the location. House itself is exactly as advertised. Clean, stocked, and perfect for a family of 4 with two young kids. Would highly recommend this house. We plan to stay here again next year!

The location is perfect for walking anywhere around Washington Street mall and down to the beach, really can't ask for a better spot in Cape May. It's a small place but uses space really efficiently, and was a pleasure to stay in. Also very clean. It's a fairly busy spot even later at night, which is worth keeping in mind if you're not used to urban noise (even our infant and toddler had no issues sleeping with the noise though).

Unassuming on the outside, elegantly appointed on the inside. This is a very comfortable two bedroom in the center of activities at Cape May. This is our third off-season visit and will come again.

Enjoyed our short stay in the Cottage. Perfect location, central to all major Cape May activities and restaurants. The Cottage itself is compact but very clean and neat and simply appointed (in a good way). Had everything we needed and was the perfect jumping off point for bike excursions and walks.

Cozy spot with enough room for our kid to run laps around the kitchen island after days at the beach. Across the street from big wave burrito, and within sight of Iccara and the pedestrian mall. Location was amazing — we didn’t have to get in our car once during our 4 day trip. Highly recommend for small families.

This is our third year staying at this property and it does not disappoint. The accommodations are more than ample for our family of four, including an infant in an pack and play. You can't ask for a better place to stay- clean, spacious, and close to everything. Thank you, Kyle, for maintaining this gem.

Great location! We parked the car in single spot designated for the house and were able to walk everywhere in Downtown Cape May due to the location. House felt much bigger than the picture showed likely due to the high ceiling in the living room.

This property was great for my family of 4. Easy walk to Washington St Mall. Walk to the beach is ok for little ones but to make it easier I dropped wife and kids off at Ocean St beach access, came back to house to park and walked. The only improvement I would suggest is enclosing the outdoor shower.

I booked the Ruth’s Anderson cottage based on the great reviews for my sister and familywho were on vacation from Ireland. It is close to all the attractions, shopping & beach. Kyle was very approachable and answered any of their queries promptly. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you could need for a beach vacation. You can see a lot of thought went into designing this pretty rental. Thanks to Kyle for making their trip to Cape May so special. Highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for lodging in Cape May.

Location in Cape May couldn't be better, convenient to restaurants, beaches, activities, yet still quiet neighborhood. Our host Kyle was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The cottage is not spacious, but the space there is well configured and very functional. There is also a nice private backyard and onsite parking.

We have visited Cape May for many years, and this was, by far, one of our favorite trips. The Ruthe Anderson Cottage was perfect for our family of three—clean, modern, well-stocked with everything you could need, and in a terrific location. Even better in person than online pics! Kyle was very welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond to our questions. He provided a very easy process from start to finish. We would love to stay at the Ruthe Anderson Cottage again!

The house seems to have been recently renovated and is very clean. The backyard is a nice touch as well. The property is a few blocks from the beach and about a block from all of the shops and restaurants. If you have an EV, there are electrical outlets out front you can charge with which is an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Kyle is a great host.

Kyle’s place was perfect for our beach weekend. Brand new and clean, it was a comfortable layout for our family of 4. Kyle was very responsive and helped us with a breakfast spot, too. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather.

This cottage was perfect for our short stay in Cape May for a graduation. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, groceries and also close to the beach. Would love to come back when the weather is better, it was a really cold weekend for us Floridians!
