Take a short drive to the beach and boardwalk in Bethany Beach to visit the quaint shops and feel the ocean breeze as you stroll along. The seasonal outdoor community pool (paid access required) is excellent in the summer as it's seasonal. Don't worry; there's an indoor pool and a hot tub for you to enjoy. On-site, there's an 18-hole golf course, so you can make a tee time and be home quickly after your round. Don't forget to use the fitness center (fees apply) and tennis courts.
The large game room with a theatre is great for everyone to gather and enjoy time together, watching a movie or challenging each other in darts. With a large deck out back, enjoy dinner (gas grill provided) on the deck, or sit and have a cocktail and watch the kids play in the backyard. The screened porch is great for your morning coffee. With a modern kitchen and ample seating, you can bring everyone together for a meal or to plan your day at the beach.

Awesome house. So spacious. Great common area for dinner. The media room and main floor TV room for gaming was perfect to entertain kids after the beach or pool. Owner was very responsive to any issue that came up. If you have a large group definitely look into this property. We will definitely rent again the next time we came to Bethany Beach.

We stayed here for a long golf weekend with 7 guys. Everyone enjoyed the house setup, the linens and amenities. The rooms and beds were great and the whole process was easy.

I celebrated a long weekend with 4 friends during my stay. This property was great for friends who needed to work from home and still had enough space to be comfortable. The movie room with the recliner was a hit and the open concept living space made for enjoyable evenings around the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property for large family gatherings as it was extremely spacious. Although the property was not walking distance to the beach, it was in a safe community that was walking distance to a supermarket, which was much appreciated! Additionally, it was very clean on arrival, but would recommend bringing cleaning supplies and extra trash bags for larger groups as not many were provided.

Spacious house with great first floor for hanging out and cooking. Plenty of rooms to stay in for everyone and space. Nice large kitchen and convenient to drive to Dewey beach.

Love this house. This is our second stay here. The space is very accommodating for a large group! It minutes aways from ocean city. The neighborhood is cute and quiet.
The only negative is the minor upkeep needed on the house;( walls need repainting, upgrades on kitchen appliances * refrigerator ice maker, update or new cookware) upgrade on the internet…. With such a large home, the internet should reach throughout the house for many devices.
Overall I would recommend without a doubt. I’m sure that me and my family will stay again😊

The house was very spacious with a nice kitchen and living room, plenty of space to spread out for our group of nine adults and six kids.
Maintenance issues involve fixtures -- the faucet and doorhandle for the first floor bedroom and bathroom were loose. At least two of the bathroom doors did not fully close as they were warped.
The grill was very slow and dirty (the dirt may have had something to do with the fact that it didn't get hot enough), so it took a long time to grill anything. This was an issue as we planned on grilling for many of our meals.
There were also conflicting/unclear check out instructions related to the linens. One set of instructions on the fridge said there would be a $75 charge for any dirty linens uncollected in the provided bags, but the app check-out instructions specifically stated to "leave sheets on the beds (don't worry about washing them--we've got it covered)." There was a third set of instructions on the large envelope where the keys were provided.
We also noticed that the floors were not clean on day one - it was noticeably grimy and we could feel sand on the bare floor.
While small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap bars were provided, each bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper. When we called to check if there was more somewhere, we were told that we needed to buy them "like we would for our own house." Kind of odd given that they provide other hotel-like amenities (like the shampoo kits). Some transparency around what toiletries are and are not provided ahead of time would be helpful.
Overall for the amount of money we paid, we expected a better maintained and cleaner house with more hospitable touches. It was our first time using Vacasa and I am not sure we would use again.

House is spread out with lots of spaces for kids and adults to spread out. 5 bathrooms is extremely helpful with larger groups. Nice to have linens & towels provided, made packing up the car a lot easier.

This is an amazing, huge house and worked perfectly for ourselves, and our three adult 'children', their spouses, and our grandchildren. It was also very nice to have the linens provided. Just be sure that you are ok with not being within walking distance to the beach. The public parking areas and beaches are super crowded.

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the space and all of the bedrooms. The theater room is a bonus. Very pretty neighborhood. We had a great time again this year and we would return.

The house was large and spacious. Lots of outside space as well. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely rent this house again.

Graduation Get Away
I found this as it was shown on the video and pictures. All the beds are comfortable, and there were enough extra bed sheets and towels (although we brought our own extra towels given that we would spend a lot of time on the beach). The A/C was also working perfectly. The movie room was a nice addition to the house. Our whole family watched a movie in it on a rainy day! The dishwasher, washer and dryer work well, and there were enough plates and glasses. The drive way was enough to park four cars. We did not use the garage space because we were in and out all the time. But there was a good amount of space in the garage as well. My one piece of advice is to not ship any online orders directly to the house because it doesn't have an individual mailbox and the key for the clubhouse and the communal mailbox is not provided. Overall we loved our stay at this home!

This home was too gorgeous to be true. Very opened and bright. More than enough rooms and space to accommodate a very large group. Clean and comfortable. Something for all ages to do and enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped. There are televisions in every room and the beds are extremely comfortable.The family said we will be returning soon. Lol, we didn’t want to leave but unfortunately the next day was already taken, so get it while you can.Hope you enjoy❤️

Gorgeous, spacious home
The house was beautiful, with every convenience. King size beds in several rooms, a game room with projector and comfy movie chairs, lovely and spacious kitchen. The Salt Pond neighborhood has its own supermarket nearby, and in general, the house is located to the beach, the outlets and restaurants. Our family cannot wait to come back next year. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This home was too gorgeous to be true. Very opened and bright. More than enough rooms and space to accommodate a very large group. Clean and comfortable. Something for all ages to do and enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped. There are televisions in every room and the beds are extremely comfortable.
The family said we will be returning soon. Lol, we didn’t want to leave but unfortunately the next day was already taken, so get it while you can.

Fall Beach Getaway
Lovely large home in perfect little neighborhood a few minutes drive to the beach. House is lovely, clean and modern. Had fun watching movies on big screen projector and great room/kitchen flow keeps everyone together. Nice little golf course steps away from home for family fun. And Bethany Beach on a 70 degree October day is unbeatable. And we had 2 chocolate Labs who loved the house and the beach. Vantage Rentals was responsive and efficient. Thanks for a great long weekend getaway!

We absolutely loved this house, neighborhood and Bethany Beach! We were a family of 17 coming together from both the east coast and west coast for a much needed family reunion. Honestly, we couldn`t have found a nicer home for our varied needs. It was large, spacious, immaculately clean upon arrival and looked pretty and pristine with all its lovely decor. It basically looked like a new home, very comfortable and welcoming. Everyone had their adequate share of space and privacy which was perfect. The open concept of the kitchen, dining area and family room kept us all together and fully engaged with one another. Fabulous media room also, which was great for the older kids at night. While we did enjoy some local restaurants, we found it easier for our large party of 17 to bring in food for dinner or use the wonderful barbecue out back. It was very convenient having a grocery store so near. From days on the beach, to family volleyball games, golf at Bayside Resort Golf Club and tennis on the property, everything went smoothly and was lots of fun for all. All family members agreed that we would book this home again in a heartbeat!!
