There was never a dull moment, thanks to the ever helpful stuff!

The infra was fab be the pool, the bars, the restaurants or the rooms, the gym and games rooms, even the shuttle services. The breakfast spread was expansive and catered to all the needs despite the rush as the staff attending were always helpful. The food tasted good, of course! The highpoint were the people though. They were always ready to go the extra mile to create the aha effect for us, a big shoutout to Amir for being so helpful!

Wish there was a balcony :(

too loud for me. But the food is amazing.

1/ the food is really good. The menu is wide and every dish is 5 out of 5. Seafood is fresh and nice. 2/ overall vibe in the hotel is friendly and nice. 3/ i was in executive suite, and later in the pool suite. Both apartments were clean and cool.

1/ Loud club music on a bar in the middle of the hotel. With bass. All and every day from 10am to 11pm. You just can't take a nap in your own room as you hear the bass all day. 2/ Insane pricing of alcohol. x4-x5 from what is in a local store. 3/ Air Conditioning issues - if you get few seconds power outage in the night - AC resets to its default temperature and you wake up in the morning with cold throat. 4/ fire detector blinks evey 10 sec all night long like a stroboscope.

The best hospitality at westin

Right from reception to restaurant staff were soo friendly and helpful. Never ever imagined that the feeling of staying here would be soo different and amazing.

Evenings at The restaurant Thyme & Ash is a place to be with your loved ones. The projector movie, the bean bags gives an addon to the glory of the place.

A wonderful 7 days in a fantastic hotel in a lovely location.

The food and the facilities were excellent, the staff were exceptional and always willing to help with a smile. Special mention & thanks for Raksha who was superb in her customer care

Отличный отель

Отель соответствует заявленным звездам. Чистота идеальная, завтраки и рестораны вкусные, наполнение и внешний вид номеров полностью соответствуют фотографиям. Доплатили и поменяли номер на первый этаж с выходом в бассейн, ввиду того, что на верхних этажах нет балконов и окна не открываются. Единственное- бассейн немного меньше, чем казался и вторую половину дня находится в тени. Немного омрачило, что в день рождения мужа не сделали никакого сюрприза, даже тортика, хотя просьба и договоренность с менеджером на ресепшен была.

Great hotel

The hotel has a wonderful zen like set up. beautiful and quality interior and a great breakfast set up

The pool side areas were very limited and the events team started to set up around us while using the pool with little or no consideration - meant that we couldn't use the pool

Perfect stay, amazing staff, great place to relax

Comfortable, clean, luxurious, in Anjuna beach. The staff (Shill, Sagar, kitchen staff, bellboys), each one were absolutely fabulous service and recommendations for area and super open to feedback on how they can improve to provide excellent service. They listened actively and resolved any issues promptly, my room and bed was super comfortable I didn’t want to leave. They gave me their cell to whatsapp and I loved the ability to raise any concerns / feedback so we can co-solve. The breakfast buffet is incredible and in room dining menu delicious. I felt super welcomed despite the way I was dressed. Ughh thank you Westin Goa team!

In anjuna beach and while it says 18min walk to beach, there is a stretch of road that is very dark at night which makes a female guest feel uncomfortable at night. But they have their own taxis and the staff provides their contact info in case any issues. I did 2 spa massages and the first one was good but second therapist was a miss, would have loved more consistency in therapist.

It’s a beautiful property!!

The location is amazing and the beach is just 3 minutes bike drive from the hotel

There is a police checkpoint next to the hotel, everytime we go out they stop me and ask me for license and trying to fine me

Fabulous stay

Loved everything. Exceptional hospitality. We were here on our honeymoon and we thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the room, to the food, and to the exceptional service.

Will never book this property again.

The location is very good and the hotel is well maintained.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Had multiple interactions where the staff just ignored our requests without any response or clarification.

I literally loved everything about this hotel, the staff was amazing, the service was exceptional and great indoor facilities and decor. We celebrated our sons birthday and they surprised us with decorating the room before our arrival,got him a surprise cake and a beautiful written birthday message for which I would like to send a hearty Thank you to 'Ibalin' for making my son's birthday so special;Simran and Sagar for making sure we have a comfortable stay. A special shout out to the amazing F&B team who put up a great spread of breakfast every morning and I would like to mention some names who went that extra mile to make sure we are happy and indeed we were - Chef Arpita is brilliant professionally and personally who made exceptional effort to take special care of us especially for our son, who adores her and can never forget the wonderful experience he received. Chef Murthy is very kind and he too took special care of our dietary requirements and the other chefs and staff were very very good too. The security team Anchal and Sushil always greeted us with a big smile and were very helpful. It was an awesome experience and cannot wait to go back.

The location

I missed my train and I lost my emergency meeting on Saturday , After check out they didn’t load my languages in my car and i left the hotel aftnoon , Midnight when i reached the station i came to know they didn’t keep my languages, after a 20 mins continued followup they arranged the bags in station but i couldn’t get the Train , For the next train i got at 1.30 AM, i was in station more than 4 hours

Everything was great. All the staff are just exceptional! Sagar Rai (Holiday Host Manager) took great care of everything we needed. Chef Ganesh Patil made us some delicious food.

I wouldn’t recommend a stay with family in Westin Goa, because of less green spaces, no beach and sub par swimming pool.

The staff were courteous and service was spot on. The kids room in the property was nice, and lots of nice restaurants and lounges within a km radius.

Its not a resort rather more of a business hotel. The property is ideal for you if you’re looking for a place to crash and visit/party around. The pool is small ish and there’s no beach around as well. The rooms are spacious but there was a bad water leaking issue in our room and our friend’s rooms as well.

Nice people with nice property

Yes it was a nice trip and all staffs we met were nice fellow. We like to mention specially front office manager Ms RUTH who supported us like our family members in every aspect. Who took care of us.Thanks to Ms Ruth again. Also I like to mention to other travellers to meet Ruth for their any short of problems and query. Also like to give thanks restaurant manager R Singh and room manager Sourav for their kund attention to us.

Two things to mention that food price and massage items price should be little more reachable for us.

Wepstin is best to stay in Goa

I visited here second time.. Again It was a amazing stay. They upgraded my stay to patio room but not with pool excess.. Hospitality was super good.. House keeping service was amazing. I am a pure vegetarian person.. Breakfast variety was impressive and 90% vegetarian.. All Bakery was eggless.. Music choice of open terrace resturant was cool. We enjoyed are stay.. Thankyou Westin staff for great service.. Keep it up.

DISGUSTING

WORST SERVICE. THE STAFF WAS MENTALLY TOURTURING US. WE WERE GETTING CALLS FROM ALL DIFFERENT FLOOR MANAGERS AT DIFFERENT TIMES AGAIN AND AGAIN ASKING US FOR PAYMENTS. THEY WERE VERY RUDE. DESPITE SHOWING THEM ALL PROFF OF PAYMENTS THEY WERE HARRASING US AND TELLING US THEY WILL NOT LT US STATY AS THEY WERE UNABLE TO TRACK ON THEIR SYSTEM. DISGUSTING TEAM. THE ROOM WAS NEAR THE PPOL SIDE AND THERE WAS DISTURBANCE FULL TIME. THYE OVER CHARGED US FOR ALL NIGHTS AND WERE RUDE TO MY PARTNER AT ALL TIMES.
