About this house rental
Large comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath pool home. Excellent neighborhood, Large yard. Completely ready for vacationers and corporate bookings. Fully furnished with all kitchen items , linens, towels, coffee maker, washer/dryer etc.
Pool is not heated but then again its Florida!!
Lots of area to park your car/cars in the driveway and grassy area if driveway full.
We do accept dogs!! There is a $100 non refundable pet fee. Up to 2 dogs please. Please refrain them from the furniture.
We would love to host you for a large family or 2 families travelling together. Corporate rentals are allowed.
No parties or events please

Unable to find number to property manager - followed link and it took me to VRBO home page. needs a fresh coat of paint everywhere and heavy pressure washing - dirt/mold all around pool area. Also master bath had what appears to be termite infestation.

Refrigerator was not working and we lost a TON of food that we purchased to cook for our ill father. We spent most of our first full day waiting for the inspection and the replacement of the refrigerator. The host was apologetic, but she didn't seem to care that our limited time was cut short by the issues. The alarm system went off at least three times and it was LOUD!!! She had no instructions on how to disable. Even though she claims there is no bug or mouse problem, there were definitely HUGE BUGS, at least one mouse and many traps in the kitchen. We opted to not cook in that kitchen, therefore the entire stay at this house was a big waste of over $1400 for 4 nights. Host is arguing that it is not her problem. HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!

My brother, mother, wife, and I had an extremely enjoyable stay at this beautiful and comfortable home! The owner was always available to answer any questions that we had, and checking in and out was a breeze! I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Spring Hill, Florida area!

Clean. As described. There was a problem with the seal on the freezer. They notified us before we arrived and asked if we wanted it fixed right away while we were there or if we’d rather them wait until we were gone. We didn’t care either way. But it was nice to know they would accommodate us with whatever we wanted to do. Would stay again.

The house is very nice but whoever they have cleaning the property isn't doing a very good job. Found an old plate of spaghetti in the microwave, walls are dirty, dusty and behind furniture was not cleaned or under bed, stains on sheets we had to go out and buy new but upon leaving they tried saying they were missing sheets then dog poop left inside lanai and they contacted us saying they were unaware we had a dogs and wanted us to pay extra yet they had a ring camera and could see who was entering and exiting the property because they contacted us when we had family over saying the neighbors reported more calls than usual, we were there visiting with family but apparently you aren't allowed to have people over. The dresser in the one bedroom drawers were broken and dirty. None of the tvs were workable because all remote were thrown in a box under the TV and we didn't know what went to which book stated all rooms have roku's and remotes in the rooms which was a lie. Many holes In the walls covered by tape toilet in main bathroom needs new caulk and leaks all over floor, dishwasher had mold, game pieces all over the floor in the middle bedroom the garbage cans were all ready full when we arrived its like they didn't bother cleaning up after the last visitors before we checked In would not rent again for the price its not worth it the house isn't being maintained or cleaned we have rented with a different person before and from now on we will stick with them.

The house is great and has lots of space to roam. Backyard is flat and great for outdoor games. Location is close enough to activities yet far enough to feel secluded. Pool is big, however we did not get to experience hot tub but we’re told in advance. Host is amazing and very responsive.

We evacuated here from Hurricane Ida. We very much enjoyed this quiet house that fit our whole family. The kids enjoy the pool!
John and Kelly are some of the sweetest people I’ve rented from. They’ve called to check on us, and let us know if we need anything to let them know. I’m not sure what the one bad review is about because this manager is very attentive and responsive. 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful Home, friendly property managers
We evacuated here from Hurricane Ida. We very much enjoyed this quiet house that fit our whole family. The kids enjoy the pool!

The house was nice BUT, the pool was not ready, the hot tub was inoperable, the accommodations were for only 8 not 10, I was extremely disappointed with the accommodations, and lack of amenities listed in the online booking. I’m old and disabled, and there were not enough sleeping places for 10 as stated in the online booking. I became ill from stress and disappointment by Saturday and had to wait for transportation to return home. IT WAS A VERY UNPLEASNAT AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

While en route to this destination within a few hours of arrival, we received a call telling us that the hot tub was broken. This was the 9th of June. We spoke to him again on the 10th and he didn't know when it would be fixed. But we were assured it would be.
We stayed until the 15th with no other contact from the manager.
We also had to inform them that the dryer wasn't heating up. It was replaced with an older model later that day.
I explained to the gentleman that I got the rental for the hot tub because of my husband's back. He is disabled and the hot tub would have allowed him to enjoy something too.. he did not get that luxury as it was stated in the rental ad.
The pool was dirty upon arrival and the pool cleaner informed us that she hadn't been able to get in the week prior.
We did enjoy our stay to some extent. And it was nice. But... the rental would NOT have been purchased had we known the hot tub was not in service.
