Pleasant furnishings, large shower, fully equipped kitchen, relatively quiet location, bedroom very quiet.

The apartment is offered with breakfast, which is only partially true. I expect breakfast fresh rolls, sausage, cheese, butter, jam, etc. There was only a cold breakfast, i.e. milk, flakes, porridge to make yourself. For 2 people and three nights there were only 4 portions of quick coffee and 1 liter of milk. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Even if the operator has pointed out in each of his emails that you can contact him with problems or questions, there are still a few small things that shouldn't even happen

Very nice place but better coffee, breakfast and knowing there will be no view would make it perfect

Space - more than enough room to feel comfourtable. TV, free WiFi, nice shower, many pillows, breakfast table, kitchen hardware. It felt good to stay there.

Breakfast was a bit below expectations - hotels do better (not that restaurant is needed, but wider choice and better coffee would be nice). Regarding location - it is close to center, as promised, but the booking.com said it was supposed to have a “view”. What view? View of an opposite building wall 7 meters away?

Jays Apartment

The apartment was very clean and tidy, and all the rooms were very nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would require and more. The living room was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with an amazing shower. The apartment is a 5min walk from the train station and centre of town, which makes it easy to comunate. I really enjoyed my stay there and would certainly use it again.

Aberdeen Jay's apartment 👍👍

Close proximity to City centre, railway stations, bus terminal and Ferry terminal. The apartment is clean, modern and has most things you could ask for. Complementary snacks and and breakfast. It takes a lot to impress both of us together, normally there is something that one of us doesn't like. But we we both happy with the amenities and decor.

literally everything starting from the host to the cleanliness and the king gesture of making some snacks and milk being available. It was one of our best accommodations in Scotland

décoration, snacks, coffee, milk. Well placed in the city. It is too bad that we have to cross a very large and busy road to get to the center of Aberdeen, but it was not a major problem. We were given a free parking space in the back of the building. We really appreciated this gesture

Shower and bath were very nice

Windows were very dirty even on the inside, Would be nice to get some info and not have to call and ask Whats the pin to the lock box? What flat are we in? Where can i park? Asked to clean up aftermyself i wasn't sure what this meant luckily no issues not cleaning the flat?

booking.com mentioned breakfast available. l booked flat with a breakfast. breakfast was small milk, some fruit bars, oats and expired cereals. Weird high toilet

Modernised clean flat close to city centre. Great price and Ideal location

Extras included like snacks and toiletries. Location is ideal and price unbeaten in city centre.

Superb

Apartment is only a few mins walk to town center, has a fully equipped kitchen & a lovely large shower. Host provides breakfast cereal, waffles, fresh milk, & snacks which is a lovely touch. The T.V even has Netflix & Amazon Prime for you to watch.

Great quiet location

Great location, walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. Private car park next door (payable separately). Very quiet location.

A few small niggles, which I mentioned to the owner and being rectified as I write this... nothing to spoil our stay though.

Great modern flat with everything we needed. Flat was lean and well equipped. The wee extras are a nice touch. Great Location just a short walk to main centre. Thank for a nice stay.

The flat is well equipped and looked so great, you can really feel yourself at home The host was really kind, they recommended us some places to see in Aberdeen Would definitely stay here again

The toilet was a bit high, but there was a step stool to reach it The mattress should be changed as it was too soft and worn The neighbors left a sign in front of our door after we brought the luggages upstairs, because according to them, we made such a big noise, but it wasn't the case.

host is very kind and helpful and the apartment is awesome and a place you'll love to stay over

location is perfect if its the beach you want, 5 min walk and you are there, same goes for shopping opportunities, rest is easily accessible using public transport or a car, awesome shower, good kitchen, comfy bed and sofa

no wardrobe to put your clothes in, toilet mounted way to high, very uncomfortable sitting, no vacuum cleaner, more pillows for the bed would be nice

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough...the comfort and layout design made me feel welcome

To start it is very difficult to sum up all the qualities and benefits associated with my stay in just a few paragraphs, but here we go. The peace and quiet of the property grabs you initially and was sustained for the duration...you would not believe you are in the city at all and this is one aspect that I always look for when making my bookings. The key arrangement is simply managed and completed with ease. The host/s were fantastic and had clearly made all efforts to make my arrival and welcome that little bit more special...and it worked. On opening the main door to the apartment you are met with a hanging sign that reads "welcome to our home"...that works for me and I was not at all disappointed.

Absolutely nothing! I shall be looking to book this apartment each time I am in Aberdeen. The choice and variety of snacks and breakfast items negated me having to leave the apartment which has not been the case with many of my previous selected visits...hotels don't cater in this respect so when you look at the comparative price ranges that this wonderful apartment is competing with, my chosen choice will be here going forward.

The bed was everything even better than my own at home it was soo comfortable.the sofa in the living I even told the owner how comfortable they are I will recommend to anyone guys not to forget smart tv ,new toothbrush are also supplied incase you forgot yours .

I will be telling lies if I said anything was bad coz I did not see anything not to like in there
