This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront Sand Dollar condo offers a huge balcony with expansive views of the ocean. This unit has a full Kitchen. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors with new blinds that walk out onto the balcony. Brand new cottage dining table and chairs in September 2020. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Both bedrooms and the living room have TV's in them. A stylish barn door leads into the master bedroom. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a brand new Nectar mattress in 2021 and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. Brand new stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker in September 2020. New stove and dishwasher in 2021. New coastal decor. The community offers a heated pool. The condo sleeps up to five people. Minimum 7 night stay.

We were so happy with our stay at Sand Dollar. As always, the unit was exceptionally clean and well furnished. It’s like being at home with the beach as a gift. The host is great to work with and accommodates everyone as best as possible. We look forward to coming again and enjoying the evening experience breeze on the balcony. Great place!

Condo is beautiful and has plenty of space and amenities. The beach is clean. The pool area is relaxing. The beds and seating areas were so comfortable and they provide plenty of towels as well as beach chairs and toys. We loved that the grocery store was within walking distance also. The views are spectacular. Would definitely recommend.

Owner was great to deal with and very understanding! Building was under Florida State construction- very noisy from 8-4 everyday! Balconies were closed during construction- not owners fault! Condo was more than I had hoped for- very modern, all new appliances and many upgrades!Owener compensated for thé incontinences of the construction!

Everything was just as we expected. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. Very well stocked kitchen area. Everything we needed for a pleasureable stay. The area is wonderful and within walking distance for groceries, and food. Pool was great and so was the beach. Owners where prompt for any concerns. Easy acess to condo and garage without any problems. Beds where comfortable and TV's all worked and easy to use. Condo is in very good condition and comfy. We loved it.

Our family had a wonderful week in Daytona. The condo unit was absolutely amazing. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The unit, was spotless and decorated so nice. The kitchen was furnished very well with everything needed to cook a nice meal. The unit had plenty of beach towels, chairs, etc, available for us to use. Check in was easy and the owner also made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We look forward to returning and will definitely stay here again!

Probably the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this property. The Burney’s are a joy to work with. The condo was spotless (as usual) and very well appointed. There is some work going on @ The Sand Dollar & when they realized it was going on during our stay, they let us know & gave us the option to cancel. We opted to stay & other than a little noise, it was the usual enjoyable 2 weeks. Always great to come to Daytona!

Condo is clean, neat, up to date, well decorated and situated on the beach convenient to many amenities. Steps to the beach were erased by the storms but they're working on them. Much work going on with expected noise but we were informed ahead of time. Owner great to work with. Nice stay.

There were 12 channels on the tv. The guest wi fi had a speed of. 4. Yes 4. Bounced me every time I used it. The condo was beautiful. Great furniture and the view was amazing. Kitchen had everything you could need. This was not the owners fault, but the condo upstairs spent 2 days installing hardwood floors. Constant pounding all day. Then 3 days of construction on the condo next to us’s building’s sea wall pounding in huge metal pillars. Couldn’t wait to get home to quiet.

Beautiful place in a great area right on the beach. Rooms were well furnished with everything anyone might need. Just like home. Everything was nice and clean, very comfortable beds, garage parking. We enjoyed having comfortable beach chairs, umbrella, towels and other beach items available for use. We’ve already booked again for next year! Thank you, Mr Burney! You’re a great host!

Our friends at the USPS took 7 days to deliver the next day package with our keys. They arrived the day after we left for the property. I had several conversations with the owner & he had a plan “B” in place that worked perfectly! Property was exactly as it was presented, very clean & well maintained. We have stayed in this complex several times & this is one of the nicer units we have been in. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. 2 weeks wasn’t enough for us

We had a wonderful stay at John's condo. Everything you could possibly need was there. We had a minor issue with the internet, John answered immediately and it was resolved. We especially enjoyed the view every day, the ocean and pool were great!

John's place is beautiful. The view is awesome. It was not John's fault but there was construction in the garage the whole time and all the cars were covered in cement dust and all day all you could hear was drilling into cement. The condo above John's unit was also being renovated and they worked every day until 11 PM. I would stay here again without the noise and construction. John provides everything you could possibly need or want. I had a little issue with locks when I first arrived but one call to John and it was taken care of. He's a super host.

John has really worked hard to cover all of the bases with his condo rental. The place was clean and well organized. The decor and atmosphere felt like a home and not a rental. The provided beach chairs, linens and everything else you need make this a gem of a place. This was our 35th Wedding Anniversary trip and we have great memories thanks to the perfect place. I highly recommend this rental and hope we have the opportunity to return to Daytona and rent it again in the future.

The condo unit was beautiful. It is just as shown on website. Unit was clean and well appointed. John the owner was more than responsive when contacted. We had flights cancelled and rescheduled 2 days later. Unfortunately we were out the 2 days we could not get a flight for. John graciously allowed us to stay one more night after hearing our dilemma. So we only had to find a hotel for the other night. Not a total disaster but it could of been. We just can’t say enough about John and this condo. What a class act. Thanks for everything!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Would definitely stay again. No cons other than with weather was little warmer while there. Thanksgiving and day after were the nicest days and went to Daytona Turkey Run and walked the beach. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing stay for the holiday!

John was very attentive and answered all questions extremely quickly. The packet that was received with the keys explained everything that we needed to know about the condo and parking. We never had any contact with anyone at the condo and felt very much at home.
